Just another brick in the wall: UN Agenda 21 in US law

Let me lay this out for you in a simple way, so that maybe you can get the gist of what is really going on and how through incremental legislation EVERYTHING is being taken away from us.

The CLEAR Act:  A pre-planned and pre-written bill; one just waiting for that golden opportunity to magically appear, will seize all water rights, coastal and in-land. BINGO!  We got the BP oil spill and this is one of the excuses for the CLEAR Act.  This bill seizes all mineral, gas and oil rights and permits, and by extension the revenues from those permits.  This bill converts state-owned land to federal ownership and control.  This Act, which stood little chance of passing, was quietly slipped over to the EPA for implementation through agency regulation and enforcement. This bill also represents the UN position that land ownership and by extension those things derived from the land including water, should be owned only by government.

Although the bill is marketed as another global warming fix for this thoroughly exposed hoax, it redefines “navigable waters” (limiting jurisdiction) to, “waters of America”, an all-encompassing jurisdiction.  The bill is at odds with this supreme court ruling which says that investors may build over wetlands.  While these two things seem arbitrary on the surface, in fact they are not.  This case established a precedent which will allow global interests both foreign and domestic to alter, delete and otherwise redirect natural water flows for the benefit of business.  This got the EPA off the hook. Rapanos v supreme court.

This bill will also make the Coast Guard, now a military branch (formerly civil service) a police power not only on the water, but also on land.  As a national police force, they might site you on land or water for an infraction of federal corporate codes, and may now take you to a military tribunal or administrative corporate court: it is entirely at their discretion.

Cap & Trade:  This is a bill built on one of the greatest scams in recent history; the global warming myth.  This myth was promoted to make C&T seem plausible.  In reality, the bill would not have reduced carbon emissions and was never intended to.  The only true function of the bill was revenue generation.  Big polluters would be given credits to use or to sell, generating a secondary market.  Once the climate-gate emails revealed the fraudulent science and the open intention to mislead the public through the use of fraudulent data, global warming was dispensed with and the issue became climate-change (you are supposed to be too stupid to realize it is the same deal). Once exposed as a fraud, the bill was quietly slipped over to the EPA to implement and to enforce, which they are doing.

Under Agenda 21, every aspect of life is controlled by the state.

The Healthcare Reform Act:  Another bill that is nothing more than a loss of control over our individual selves that also includes a massive system of fines, fees, penalties, co-payments and of course the ever-popular mandate that we must buy some crappy insurance policy that in essence will cover nothing much. The bill also mandates mandatory vaccines and relegates the decisions on your healthcare to a “panel” in some agency who will decide what treatments might be available to you. Dependent on your age and what your value to the community might be if an investment was made in your recovery, will determine what treatments you get.

Did we regulate the insurance industry so that it cannot charge extortion rates?  No!

Did we make sure that a right to negotiate prescription drug prices was included? No!

Were pharmaceutical manufacturers held liable for defective medications and vaccines which cause massive illnesses and death? No!

Was anything at all in this bill conducive to cleaning up the healthcare, pharmaceutical and insurance industries?  Absolutely not.

Trade agreements
As the devastation to our economy, manufacturing base, job base, continues unabated largely as a result of numerous illegal trade agreements which devastated every sector of the economy, an estimated 22 million people find themselves ultimately out of work.  Without regard to the devastating effects of additional free trade agreements, Obama is now considering signing the South Korean Trade Agreement costing the US an estimated 179,000 jobs.  This agreement is NOT a constitutional treaty.  It is a private corporate to corporate agreement between the executives of those corporations; ie., Our president and the leader of South Korea.

Did we penalize any corporation that shut its doors here in the US and then went over to some third world country to ply their trade? No!  We are forced to subsidize them by allowing them to continue to conduct business in the US without any tariffs for doing so; in fact without having to pay anything for the privilege of conducting business in the US.  They are allowed to rake in massive profits, route them through foreign banks and avoid most US taxes.

In the midst of all of the above, came the foreclosures on homes across the country as the trap laid for many unsuspecting homeowners, slammed shut.  The trap had been carefully laid using derivatives, fractional selling, multiple selling of mortgage contracts, artificial inflation of the housing market and adjustable rate mortgages that somehow almost simultaneously inflated all at one time and then collapsed.  Of course, none of the career criminals from Wall Street or banking who were working in tandem with the District of Criminals ever saw a day in jail for their corruption and not one was forced to forfeit even a portion of their ill-gotten gains.

UN Agenda 21 defers to corporations as the appropriate “persons” regarding import/export of a nations assets.

Did we bail out homeowners?  No! We bailed out the thugs and thieves!

Now here is where we start putting the puzzle pieces together:

• S.510 fake food safety bill will destroy independent agriculture and export most of our food product out of the country (our food).
• The CLEAR act takes our water, minerals, mining and land ( water & raw materials) now slated for implementation by EPA.  There goes your right to clean affordable, water.
• Cap & Trade sells the rights to pollute for a fee (our air) EPA Again!  That would be the air you breathe.
• Obamacare takes away our 4th Amendment rights to be secure in our persons and our privacy. There goes your personal freedom.
• 22 million are jobless ( and this number is rising).
• 47 million families are on food stamps (also rising).
• Food prices have risen 70% in less than a year.
• Foreclosures are at an historical high (and rising).
• Of the bills mentioned, each includes a prohibition on judicial revue: meaning the agencies which will now be aggressively assaulting private citizens cannot be taken into court. 
• SB 1619 The Livable Communities Act will resurface and be sold as “the future” of America…..the only way they can keep us safe.

The Livable Communities Act, (SB 1619) was introduced by outgoing Senator Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.). It seeks to fulfill the United Nation’s plan Agenda 21, adopted at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 and signed onto by “New World Order” President George H.W. Bush. This bill is the rounding up of all the displaced workers, homeless families, rural folk, and who ever else can be herded into these United Nations, planned population centers.  This is the creation of ghettos that will virtually function as prisons for massive portions of the population as land is seized and declared off limits to human habitation as required under the UN Agenda 21 plan.

This act:  

• Is a blueprint for the transformation of our society into total Federal control.
• Will enforce Federal Sustainable Development zoning and control of local communities.
• Will create a massive new “development” bureaucracy.
• Will drive up the cost of energy to heat and cool your home.
• Will drive up the cost of gasoline as a way to get you out of your car.
• Will force you to spend thousands of dollars on your home in order to comply with EPA demands that you must meet their standards before you can sell your home.

Much of this is already in play and evident in the economy and in government as we are steered into accepting UN control.

And that is where we end up: at the United Nations.  Virtually everything mentioned here and much more that was not mentioned can be traced back to UN agenda 21 mandates.  We are being maneuvered into economic disaster while losing our freedom and human rights to water and food and self determination.

While we founder on the edge of un-repayable national debt, congress on both sides of the fictional isle and the president work tirelessly to implement by stealth the Agenda 21 protocols.  Our government refuses to impose a moratorium on foreign aid even as American’s slide into poverty and this same government refuses to give aid to Americans.

If there is anything the United Nations hates worse than our dogged determination to remain free, it is our insistence that we will not fall under UN control.  Of course the politicians in the District of Criminals, whether Republican or Democrat, and our president have other plans for us.
