In 2019, Activist Post reported about a 60 Minutes segment featuring companies implementing high-tech agriculture methods which include cows wearing activity trackers. All activity trackers emit harmful radiation and these defenseless cows are not likely going to be able to effectively convey to their handlers when they are being shocked or otherwise irritated by them.
Samsung sponsored a 2020 article about 5G which also glorified cows wearing activity trackers as well as being exposed to other harmful radiation-emitting technology.

Technology is adding a sprinkle of 5G magic to the way we produce food, powering weird and wonderful innovations such as printers which print out vegan steaks.
A new podcast, ‘Whatever Next?’ starring mathematician Dr Hannah Fry and comedian Suzi Ruffell, explores some of the tastiest innovations coming from the frontiers of food technology.
Hannah and Suzi explore technologies including 5G cows with ‘connected collars’ and meet the innovators behind ideas such as layered ‘vertical farms’ which might save the planet. Along the way, they even find time for a delicious glass of 5G wine, from a ‘connected vineyard’ where drones hover over the vines.
Suzi says, ‘It’s not just the farming of food that’s going through big changes – it’s the preparation of it too.’ ‘I’ve been blown away by what I have seen while recording this podcast.
‘I love the smart cows,’ says Dr Hannah Fry. ‘It’s basically cows wearing Fitbits – what’s not to love?’ ‘It’s very important for them to get their steps in,’ Suzi laughs. But ‘smart cow’ technology is serious business, and helps cows live happier, healthier lives. At the Agri-EPICentre in Shepton Mallet, the cows wear 5G smart collars, and high-tech ear tags which help farmers keep track of their movements, and their health. The sensors attached to the animals mean they can decide to be milked when they are ready, the presenters learn. ‘The cows actually have a choice.
I mean that’s pretty cool, right?’ says Suzi. Hannah says, ‘Having all these sensors means you can do really clever things, like check on the temperature of the milk – or the electrical conductivity of the milk (which means you can tell if a cow has mastitis).
There is research that has indicated that 5G is NOT SAFE. Cities AND entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit 5G installation AS WELL AS issue moratoriums due to health, safety, environmental and economic risks. The majority of scientists worldwide oppose deployment. A petition boycotting 5G phones has been endorsed by doctors, scientists, and industry whistleblowers. So how can any of this help cows “live happier healthier lives”?
