Stop FCC from Allowing 5G Radiation Emitting Antennas On Homes - Petition from Children’s Health Defense

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect the American public by regulating the telecom industry. If only. They were a “Captured Agency” before Trump was elected and they have become much worse since then (see 1. 2. 3. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10. 11). They’re even using the pandemic as an excuse to speed up 5G deployment (see 1, 2. 3, 4, 5) despite opposition from the Department of Defense and other highly respected sources. Lawsuits have been filed against them for NOT protecting Americans from unsafe levels of radiation (see 1, 2) and also 5G (see 1. 2, 3).

Their insane “Race for 5G” even allows for the launching of tens of thousands of satellites with millions of antennas to blast it at us from space (see 1. 2). They also want homeowners to be able to get paid for installing 5G satellite antennas on their roof tops. Not good! Since 2018 there have been reports of people and animals getting sick after 5G was turned on (see 1. 2, 3, 4).

The FCC is about to expand its “Over the Air Reception Devices” (OTARD) rule to allow wireless companies to install 5G and other cell towers and transmitting devices on homes. The wireless companies will be allowed to enter into a contract with your neighbor to install a cell tower on their home, without the need for a permit, without asking for neighbors’ input or permission and without any considerations to a neighbor’s disability, property values or other needs.

To stop the FCC’s OTARD rule change and make it clear that we do not consent to this rule Children’s Health Defense submitted an “Ex-Parte” objection to the FCC on April 16, 2020. Take Action! Join CHD’s action by simply adding your name. (HERE)
