Jeffrey Epstein the disgraced financial sex trafficker is alleged to have signed his will in the two-day period leading up to his death according to reports. However, other facts seem to conflict about the wealthy pedophile’s death like Epstein himself telling his lawyers that his cell mate connected to the mob and ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione had tried to kill him weeks prior when he was found on the ground.
This author just published a story entitled: “Deep DIVE: Death Of Another Pawn — Jeffrey Epstein, The Official Narrative Is The Real Conspiracy Theory,” looking into the death of Jeffrey Epstein, others’ deaths who may have been involved in the investigation, as well as those who were documented to be involved with the case, the corrupt plea deal, destruction of evidence and what has been discovered about Epstein’s network summarized.
Now there is even more strangeness to add to the official narrative, as the NY Post reports that Epstein signed his will prior to having one of the most bizarre conspiratorial deaths since JFK, with more holes in the official narrative than that of Swiss cheese.
Epstein is said to have signed his will of a nearly $600 million fortune, according to court papers filed in the U.S. Virgin Islands exclusively obtained by the NY Post.
The 66-year-old former hedge-fund manager was worth $577,672,654, or about $18 million more than he previously stated in court papers while futilely trying to land bail on federal sex-trafficking charges, the new documents show.
He put all of his holdings in a trust, called The 1953 Trust, after the year he was born.
Bloomberg News, noted that Epstein had asked that Darren K. Indyke, who had served as his attorney, and Richard D. Kahn be appointed as executors of the will.
One of the two Brooklyn lawyers listed as witnessing the signing is Mariel A. Colon Miro — an attorney for drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo’’ Guzmán who also was accused of raping underage girls.
“A woman named Comadre Maria would routinely send El Chapo photographs of young girls that he and his associates could pick from,” The New York Times wrote.
Following the announcement of Epstein’s will being signed, Manhattan federal prosecutors asked the judge overseeing Epstein’s criminal case to toss out the charges.
“Because Jeffrey Epstein, the defendant, died while this case was pending, and therefore before a final judgement was issued, the indictment must be dismissed under the rule of abatement,” the assistant U.S. attorneys wrote judge Richard Berman, who is overseeing the case. — NY Post
The federal prosecutors added to the statement, writing that this time they have notified all of Epstein’s “identified victims” and repeated previous statements from U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman that his office isn’t done looking into the alleged sex-trafficking ring that serviced Epstein and his buddies.
As a reminder to the reader, this happened after Epstein had told his lawyers that his cell mate — alleged mobster and ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione — had injured him by choking him weeks prior. This is the reason that Epstein wasn’t on suicide watch according to his lawyers as NY Post previously reported.
Epstein a 6′ foot tall man was found impossibly hanging by a bed sheet strapped to a bunk bed according to the NY Post.
It was further reported by various outlets that the autopsy performed on Epstein since last Saturday had found that he broke multiple bones in his neck, including the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple.
These breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. However, the report notes they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation. (As a side note, this is an old symbol used by the mafia/mob to silence someone or anyone else who might dare speak.)
Studies cited by The Washington Post suggested between six percent and one-quarter of hanging suicides could see the hyoid break.
It has also been alleged that shrieking was heard from Epstein’s cell, and we can’t tell why because there are no cameras pointing at the cell from the outside or within the cells themselves, NY Post reported.
So the fact that Epstein contradicts his own narrative stating he was attempted murdered by his cell mate then subsequently signing his will before he “killed himself” is suspicious. Unless Epstein knew someone was going to kill him and the will was signed within the two hours locked up alone with a mystery young woman — possibly part of his legal team or an employee — one day after he was taken off suicide watch after Tartaglione had attempted to strangle him.
It’s worth noting that Tartaglione was allegedly transferred one day prior before Epstein’s death.
However, Epstein’s guards reportedly fell asleep during the hours before his death, then falsified paperwork to try and cover their tracks. So is it implausible to think that Tartaglione wasn’t transferred a day before Epstein’s death and that the shrieking heard was Epstein having his neck snapped by the alleged mobster and former cop?
Epstein’s own lawyers don’t believe the wealthy financier pedophile committed suicide. Three of Mr. Epstein’s lawyers — Martin G. Weinberg, Reid Weingarten and Michael Miller — challenged the findings and vowed to conduct their own investigation, CBS reported.
“We are not satisfied with the conclusions of the medical examiner,” said the lawyers, who had hired a private pathologist to observe the autopsy, in a statement. “We will have a more complete response in the coming days.”
So unless Epstein compartmentalized his lawyers information it doesn’t make sense why some would be suspicious if he signed his will.
Further, to add to the oddness, Epstein’s body was claimed from the New York City medical examiner’s office by an unknown associate according to NBC News.
Even one of Epstein’s former bodyguards and drivers, Igor Zinoviev a former MMA fighter said in an interview with M.L. Nestel that Epstein’s death was assisted.
“Somebody helped him to do that,” Igor Zinoviev told New York Magazine.
Zinoviev declined to elaborate on how Epstein allegedly carried out his hanging at a Manhattan federal prison, saying, “Listen, you know, that’s going a little too deep.”
Zinoviev also tried to deny an earlier claim he made before to the reporter that local police had tipped off Epstein to a pending raid at his mansion and told Nestel, “don’t put yourself in trouble.”
“Listen, you’re really smart, and I’m not going to offer that over the phone right now, okay? You’re really smart,” Zinoviev said. “You have no idea. Please!”
It has now been alleged that Epstein’s youngest victims were just 12 years old, according to court papers by Virginia Giuffre that were revealed in 2015, as part of a 2008 civil lawsuit filed by two Epstein accusers against the U.S. This filing followed a corrupt plea deal that lawyers argued violated the federal Crime Victims’ Rights Act established in 2004, by failing to notify the 32 identified victims attorneys for the women have repeatedly stated.
The plea deal, according to sources, was a deal arranged with the FBI in exchange for ratting out financial malfeasance at Bear Stearns by hedge fund managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tannin, an unthinkable exchange.
Giuffre describes the encounter in depraved in-depth detail in the court papers stating Epstein was gifted three 12-year-old girls for his birthday.
“The worst one that I heard from his own mouth was this pretty 12 year old girls he had flown in for his birthday,” Giuffre said, according to the document.
“It was a surprise birthday gift from one of his friends and they were from France. I did see them, I did meet them,” she said
[…]
“Jeffrey bragged afterwards after he met them that they were 12-year-olds and flown over from France because they’re really poor over there, and their parents needed the money or whatever the case is and they were absolutely free to stay and flew out.”
[…]
“He went on to tell me how Brunel bought them in Paris from their parents, offering them the usual sums of money, visas, and modeling career prospects,” she said, according to the news outlet.
“Laughing the whole way through, Jeffrey thought it was absolutely brilliant how easily money seduced all walks of life, nothing or no one that couldn’t be bought.”
Giuffre stated they were a gift from Epstein’s partner at MC2, Jean-Luc Brunel, a model scout, according to the Daily Mail.
It has also been alleged by former employees of Brunel’s MC2 that the French model scout collected approximately 1000 teenage girls for Epstein, Jerusalem Post reported.
Two more alleged victims, who did not reveal their names in court documents, filed a $100 million lawsuit against Epstein’s estate and a number of his associates, CNBC reported.
“I am calling today for the administrators of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate to freeze all his assets and hold them for his victims who are filing civil cases. Their lives have been shattered by his sexual assaults, their careers derailed. They deserve full and fair compensation NOW,” Lisa Bloom one of the attorneys representing victims wrote on Twitter.
Steven Hoffenberg, Epstein’s former business associate who alleges they ran a $460 million dollar Ponzi scheme together, has pledged to help the victims of the ring. Hoffenberg was also the former owner of the New York Post.
Much of Epstein’s money was made through trafficking and various fraudulent schemes throughout his life. So the questions remains how much of the money is clean money? In other words, what money should be seized for the victims and by prosecutors and what money is rightfully his? As The New York Times previously wrote, “Epstein’s wealth is an illusion.” A copy of Epstein’s will can be viewed here.
CNN’s Elie Honig expressed that with the current criminal investigation into accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein charges are likely for his associates. In one of Epstein’s last final interviews with The New York Times, he compared having sex with teenage girls to homosexuality.
A French child protection group the “Innocence en Danger” called for prosecutors to open an investigation into Epstein’s activities in France, Insider reported.
