Gift-giving can be a lot of fun but it can also be very challenging. For loved ones who are health conscious, here are some ideas that will let them know you respect their efforts to achieve maximum wellness.
– Aromatherapy is a tried-and-true method of benefiting health. Whether it be with diffuser or a MIQRO Vaporizer, many people feel better after using essential oils. Although vaping has become one of the fastest growing trends, many people still aren’t aware of the versatility of uses, as well as the many herbs that can be vaped to restore mind and body in today’s hectic world. DaVinci MIQRO mentions bergamot, lavender, ylang-ylang, and lemon balm among many possibilities that can be enhanced through their vaporizers. Of course medical and recreational legalized cannabis and the use of CBD is finally growing in acceptance also, but a high-quality vaporizer can offer flexibility to fit your exact needs.
– Uvex Skyper Blue Light Blocking Computer Glasses with SCT-Orange Lens. The latest research has shown that another consequence of our modern lifestyle has been rising rates of macular degeneration and blindness due to the massive number of sources that emit blue light. Computer monitor makers are even now highlighting blue light reduction as a key sales feature. It’s not costly to prevent harm, but long-term eye care certainly can be extremely expensive and potentially debilitating. Some of the blue light blocking products are promoted as sleep aids as well, yet another casualty of the digital age.
– Acupressure mats and footwear. Since most of us can’t afford to see a massage therapist as often as we’d like, these are great products for self-care. There are many options depending on your budget. Toe separators are also great also for those who want to go the extra mile with this – pun intended.
– Still Point Inducer for cranial sacral therapy. Again, most of us can’t afford to have someone perform massage and cranial sacral therapy on us as often as we’d like or need. The gift of deep relaxation, stress reduction, headache relief and easing chronic pain would be a welcome one for anybody you love.
– Inner Peace Music from Steven Halpern. Dr. Steven Halpern is a GRAMMY® nominated, award-winning composer, recording artist and producer whose healing music has helped millions worldwide to experience the blessings and benefits of deep relaxation and inner peace since 1975. Whether it is for healing, meditation, or even ADHD support, his music is inspirational as well as therapeutic.
– Air Tube Sets to minimize radiation to the head from digital devices. Many other RF blocking products are offered through LessEMF and other vendors as well. It’s no mystery to any of our regular readers how important the issue of EMF pollution is to us. The rollout of 5G is only going to ramp up the environmental stress put upon our bodies and minds. This is the perfect gift to offer protection, or even as education for any of your loved ones who might not be familiar with something that could become THE health crisis of the future.
– Gift certificates for Building Biologist consultations. Activist Post writer Catherine Frompovich recently wrote about her in-home consultation with Paul Harding from Total EMF Solutions. Unfortunately, qualified building biologists aren’t easy to find in all parts of the world. This is why some consultants will work with customers over the phone, by email, or by Skype. This includes Jeromy Johnson from EMF Analysis and Eric Windheim of Windheim EMF Solutions.
– While we are still on the topic of protection from all the electronic radiation in our lives, here is a FREE one that you can offer. Clear Light Ventures has provided a quick reference Wireless Safety Card on their website that may be printed and shared. It makes it easy to learn various ways to reduce or eliminate exposure. Prevention is always the healthiest option.
– CHOCOLATE! Of course, but not just any store-bought chocolate. Raw Organic Cacao Powder is high in dietary fiber, Omega 6 fatty acids, magnesium, antioxidants, iron and essential minerals. Add a scoop to hot water with a touch of coconut or almond milk and it tastes just like hot chocolate. Well, at least it does to me.
– WATER! We have seen the shocking consequences of contaminated water in the Third World , but it’s also far more prevalent in the First World than many people might assume. Whether from the horrific botched water treatment in Flint, Michigan that resulted in lead poisoning, or any number of natural disasters, the blind trust in supposed First World infrastructure has led to a severe lack of personal water safety, storage and preparation. Give your loved ones the single best resource on the market for all things water: The Prepper’s Water Survival Guide: Harvest, Treat and Store Your Most Vital Source by Daisy Luther, available as a book or also on Kindle.
