What’s with the weather where you are? Everyone talks about the weather, but no one can control the weather! Not so fast….there are numerous weather control or weather engineering patents. Here is a wallpaper scroll listing most of them.
Recently, I heard a talking head on the local news radio station proclaim that humans have only 30 years left to be able to live on Planet Earth, as conditions for life are getting to be unsustainable. The person making that remark was from a university. Can we believe it or was that, like most science today, “consensus science”?
In the Saturday, August 11th, issue of Dane Wigington’s weekly report, he wrote this introduction:

As a concerned individual in many fields (research, journalism, health, the environment and human rights), I’d like to add my “two cents worth” to Dane’s in the hope it can bring some sensibility to those who still question weather geoengineering.
Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with a young man in his early twenties and we talked about those ‘contrails’ in the sky. I took the opportunity to explain to him the difference between real contrails and weather engineering spraying some call “chemtrails.”
When I pointed out real contrails evaporate shortly behind jet engines, whereas those weather geoengineering lines can be seen as being sprayed and then periodically turned off for a period of time and restarted, as depicted in the two videos below.

When I explained to that young man if those ‘trails’ truly were vapor condensation, when the trails stopped the plane ought to fall out of the sky, since that means the jet engines were NOT working. Duh!
Another thing I’d like to point out is the “soap suds” effect on streets and roadways during rains, something I never saw in my entire lifetime, except recently. Is that a visible indication of the surfactants [1] being sprayed in weather geoengineering chemicals exercises?
I can remember the first time I saw the “soap suds.” I thought the cars came from a car wash, but then remembered it was raining, so no car washes were open! When one thinks rationally about what one sees, one has to doubt the propaganda and spin being disseminated by the mainstream, lamestream media about weather geoengineering!
Other very real and visible aspects to illustrate the horrors of weather geoengineering are “tree stress” and “tree decline.” Here’s what’s happening in California where weather geoengineering has caused a six-year-long weather anomaly, i.e., drought, and now firestorms. Trees are Planet Earth’s lungs!

Tropical rainforests are often called the “lungs of the planet” because they generally draw in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. But the amount of carbon dioxide they absorb, or produce, varies hugely with year-to-year variations in the climate.
Another weather anomaly attributed to weather geoengineering is ice-snow balls appearing on lakes. I never remember any news agency in past years reporting such an unusual weather phenomenon.

However, it’s a global event as reported by NPR in their story “Giant Snowballs Wash Up On Siberian Beach.”
If you have lived at least 40 to 50 years, you ought to realize the things I’ve pointed out in this article were non-existent when you were younger, or you probably would remember hearing about them as weather news issues, since they really are unusual. Don’t you think? Now, look up to the sky and see something else you never saw before the last 20 years or so: weather management, weather geoengineering, Solar Radiation Management, etc.

I stopped reading at the second totally unscientific claim:
1. Contrails do not last but evaporate quickly. This is sometimes true but at other times, depending on weather conditions (temperature, humidity, etc) they last for minutes and even hours, spreading out to form cirrus clouds and slightly warm the atmosphere.
Real atmospheric scientists recognize the empirical reality of “persistent contrails” and there is none who dispute it.
2. The second unscientific claim was that the sudden stopping of a vapor trail is proof of spraying. Atmospheric scientists explain that this happens when the plane enters a different weather region, with different temperature, humidity, etc. Under some conditions, ice vapors are formed and under others, they do not; a moving plane can move in and out of different conditions and this is why you may see vapors appearing, disappearing, and then reappearing.
3. Here is some backyard research you can do yourself. You can google the flight routes in your region and observe whether the vapor trails you observe exactly match commercial flight paths. Clue: they will, but you can fact check this getting a flight map online and doing your own observations. No one has ever seen thousands of commercial planes being loaded with chemicals, and if you ever fly, you know that they pack planes to the last ounce with human flesh.
4. The second backyard research you can conduct is the altitude of the vapor trails you observe: if they are not at the lower levels of, say, rain clouds, they cannot be used to target, since the stratosphere, where cirrus clouds appear and where you will find (check for yourself) 100% of vapors, is blown by heavy winds which take even the jet fuel pollutants in the frozen vapor hundreds and even thousands of miles away with 2/3 falling into the ocean weeks and months later, diluted by millions of parts.
These two observations will lead to the conclusion that 1) the vapor trails are from regular commercial flights
2) that none is formed at an altitude that allows for any targetting at all.
Also note that the cirrus clouds formed by jet emissions slightly warm the atmosphere and therefore cannot be part of a plan to cool the atmosphere and also note that if the plan is to kill 6 million humans, as many of the contrail myth argue, why do they spray over lands where no one lives and at an altitude that guarantees the emissions will dilute and spread and fall mainly into the oceans much later after being blown horizontally for hundreds and thousands of miles?
Who benefit from the claims of geo-engineering? The very fossil fuel oligarchs who have funded the anti-global warming propaganda in order to 1) thwart attempts to regulate pollution’emissions and thus maintain a system of public subsidies of the fossil fuel industry which the World Bank estimates at 5 trillion a year and 2) to shift blame for environmental and human health damage to the one agency that can remedy it, the government. This is a clever propaganda method which works on the scientifically illiterate who trust the dirty energy oligarchs who promote these lies and benefit financially from them over the world’s 10,000 or so atmospheric scientists from over 100 nations working for both public and private organizations.
High altitude cirrus clouds reflect insolation back into space, but also reflect outgoing radiation back down the the earth’s surface. The net effect is, however, cooling.
Just after nein eleven when commercial jet flights were banned, and hence fewer high altitude cirrus clouds formed, the diurnal atmospheric temperature difference was increased by 2 deg C, affecting both the highs and the lows.

And here is a PROPOSAL for how to reduce the greenhouse gas effect of cirrus clouds: “Climate engineering, the intentional alteration of
Earth’s climate, is a multifaceted and controversial
topic. Numerous climate engineering mechanisms
(CEMs) have been proposed, and the efficacies
and potential undesired consequences of some of
them have been studied in the safe environments
of numerical models. Here, we present a global
modelling study of a so far understudied CEM,
namely the seeding of cirrus clouds to reduce their
lifetimes in the upper troposphere, and hence their
greenhouse effect. Different from most CEMs, the
intention of cirrus seeding is not to reduce the
amount of solar radiation reaching Earth’s surface.
This particular CEM rather targets the greenhouse
effect, by reducing the trapping of infrared radiation

AS for your 9/11 comment, flights were banned for only 2 days (“Civilian air traffic was allowed to resume on September 13, 2001,” and any temperature changes in those 2 days cannot be linked with any degree of confidence to the lack of flights. This very brief correlation is far far from causal. In addition, most cirrus clouds do not form from persistent contrails but are naturally occuring.
However, NASA reports: “NASA scientists have found that cirrus clouds, formed by contrails from aircraft engine exhaust, are capable of increasing average surface temperatures enough to account for a warming trend in the United States that occurred between 1975 and 1994.
“This result shows the increased cirrus coverage, attributable to air traffic, could account for nearly all of the warming observed over the United States for nearly 20 years starting in 1975, but it is important to acknowledge contrails would add to and not replace any greenhouse gas effect,” said Patrick Minnis, senior research scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va. The study was published April 15 in the Journal of Climate. “During the same period, warming occurred in many other areas where cirrus coverage decreased or remained steady,” he added.”
So it is not possible, in the short term, to make any conclusions about the 2 days of banned flights related to temperature changes. Correlation, especially over a span of two days, cannot be linked to causality, and the evidence is overwhelming that cirrus clouds have a net warming effect.
Clouds do not produce heat, that is the sun’s function. Clouds mitigate the highs and lows of the day-night cycle. It might be a surprise to some warmists that the dayside gains heat and the night side loses heat in a semi stable equilibrium. The greatest degree of incoming infra red radiation from the sun is concentrated in the equatorial region, that is then transferred to the polar regions by convection of ocean and air currents.
If the earth did not have the oceans and gas atmosphere, its surface temperature would be similar to that of the moon +250 deg F during the day and -250 deg F at night. Climate and life on earth have been co-evolving for the past 4 billion years, that has kept the diurnal highs and lows within a relatively low temperature range that has enabled carbon based organic life to persist and evolve into more complex forms.
It seems to me that there must have been feedback loops at work that support life despite changes in the sun’s output, the variation in the earth’s axis tilt, and the precession of its eccentric orbit around the sun.
According to atmospheric science (and unless you have a PH.d and research on the top in atmospheric science, you have no credibility), cirrus clouds both reflect heat with the ice crystals and trap heat: the net exchange is to trap more heat than is reflected.
Cirrrus clouds do not PRODUCE heat, but they trap it. You can either believe the scientists who study the atmosphere or you can confirm yourself on a day when cirrus clouds appear, you can feel the additional heat. Lower clouds (like rain clouds) have a cooling effect by blocking the sun, but thin cirrus clouds have a net warming effect.
I can believe either the world’s experts on atmospheric science…or YOU: tough choice.
“To comprehend the impact of cirrus clouds on the radiation field of the Earth and the
atmosphere and thus climate, the term “cloud radiative forcing” has been developed to quantify
the relative significance of the solar albedo and infrared greenhouse effects. It is defined as the
difference between the radiative fluxes at the top of the atmosphere in clear and cloudy
conditions. The addition of a cloud layer in a clear sky would lead to more sunlight reflected
back to space and thus reduce the amount of solar energy available to the atmosphere and the
surface.
On the other hand, however, the trapping of atmospheric thermal emission by
nonblack cirrus clouds enhances the radiative energy, or heat, available in the atmosphere and
the surface. Based on theoretical calculations, it has been shown that the infrared greenhouse
effect for cirrus clouds generally outweighs their solar albedo counterpart.
Contrail cirrus, aerosols, and indirect effects. In addition to naturally occurring cirrus,
the upper level ice crystal clouds produced by highflying aircraft, known as contrails or
condensation trails, have also been frequently observed. These are generated behind aircraft
flying in sufficiently cold air where water droplets can form on the soot and sulfuric acid
particles emitted from aircraft and/or background particles and can then freeze to become ice
particles. Based on a number of recent field experiments, contrails were found to
predominantly consist of bullet rosettes, columns, and plates with sizes ranging from about 1
µm to about 100 µm. Persistent contrails often develop into more extensive contrails in which
the ice supersaturation is generally too low to allow cirrus clouds to form naturally.
Consequently, contrails may enhance the extension of the natural cirrus cover in the adjacent
areas where the relative humidity is too low for the spontaneous nucleation of ice crystals to
occur, an indirect effect that has not jet been quantified. The climatic effect of contrail cirrus
also includes their impact on the water vapor budget in the upper troposphere, which is
important in controlling the thermal infrared radiation exchange.
