U.S. Health & Human Services NEVER Performed Vaccine Safety Testing As Required By Law And Congress

HHS never performed any vaccine safety testing as required by law and Congress in over 30 to 32 years!

Big Pharma vaccine testing lasts only four or five days.

Thanks to the remarkable legal work being done by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Esq. and Del Bigtree, we finally have proof via FOIA documents that HHS has defaulted BIG TIME regarding the safety of vaccines.

HHS never has given Congress the safety testing records the law and Congress required because HHS never performed them in 32 years!  The 1986 vaccine law mandated HHS to perform safety studies every two years and render the results to Congress.

That unconscionable default by HHS/CDC/FDA should be the very reason for rescinding the 1986 vaccine law.

Furthermore, informed consent regarding vaccines/vaccinations should be mandatory for those who want vaccines; provide automatic vaccine exemptions for those parents and individuals who do not want vaccines, but request exemptions without fear of prosecution against them or their physicians; and, finally, restructure federal U.S. health agencies in the Washington, DC and all 50 states health departments regarding vaccines.

It’s a given—HHS, CDC and FDA combine to create a healthcare cesspool, not a swamp, and are criminal agencies!  They don’t abide by the law; we now have irrefutable proof!

What those FOIA documents produced is undisputable evidence of HHS not doing its Congressional mandate regarding vaccine safety and obeying the law.  That alone must become the basis for a grassroots agenda to do away with mandatory vaccines in the USA and to rescind the 1986 vaccine law!

Vaccines are neurotoxic; not what Big Pharma claims—‘safe’!  HHS probably didn’t do the required testing because they probably realized what they would find and those results would eviscerate the vaccine industry.  Collusion?  RICO involvement?
