Liberal, Democrat-run California recently passed new legislation [SB 606 and AB 1668] regarding personal use of water, i.e., only 55 gallons of water per day per person. Showers and laundry have to be counted in that too!
If the new sustainable improvements work anything like those ding-dang toilets you have to flush twice to empty a toilet bowl, then I’d say it’s a total waste, but not to controllers’ psychopathic minds. It’s really money-makers for the businesses and industries that will be supplying those products, which usually will be the huge corporations. Get it?
The information, plus proof provided in the following video, is alarmingly outrageous! However, it explains what implementing the United Nations Agenda 21 by state law will mandate and cost California homeowners and other states down the line. There are megabucks on the horizon for Big Business. The costs for all those “sustainable” improvements Agenda 21 laws will mandate homeowners to make in their homes within the next few years will be next to impossible and too expensive for most homeowners, e.g., new plumbing pipes throughout, solar panels, etc.
What a way to control humans in order to comply with the New World Order, United Nations Agenda 21! How come California is kowtowing to the UN? Isn’t it a free state?
California probably is in the roll out, trial run phase to implement the UN’s Agenda 21 on utilities.
All the problems consumers and homeowners will face have been ‘engineered’ and on the controllers’ drawing boards for years using various iterations of “climate change.”
Controllers carefully have been at it by implementing several ‘acts of Nature’, i.e., weather they program:
- Weather geoengineering: a more-than 5-year drought in California
- Firestorm Northern California
- Legislate personal use of utilities [What do you think all those AMI Smart Meters are about?]

There is talk about placing a referendum on the November 2018 ballot to split California into three separate states: North California, South California and California.
If anyone were to ask my opinion, I’d say, “Do it and get three different governors. Odds are you probably will find one with a brain and you can move to that state.” But then there is talk they don’t want people living in California, except where the UN designates.

It’s not news that California has a water shortage problem. It’s also not news that California is the breadbasket of our America’s fruits and vegetables. The answer is not government regulation but cooperation. Regional cooperatives working together can solve this problem and ensure there is enough water for all. That doesn’t mean you are going to be able to water your lawn in the dead of summer or wash your car. It means working together to share a very limited, high demand resource. How to keep abusers accountable? There are ways; for example anyone not adhering to drought time restrictions don’t get a voucher at the end of the year for an equivalent amount of produce that was grown with that needed portion–natural consequences. We don’t need our current form of government to solve the water crisis.
are you not aware of THE DELIBERATE CLIMATE ENGINEERING on almost the entire planet??? Never looking at skies and the ‘strangeness’ out there?? Please, get the facts first, and/or read this article once again, because that’s what Catherine is writing about..
My comment is about a water shortage solution not about the causes.
G’ma, never heard anything about logic, ha???
A solution to a problem means = REMOVE THE CAUSE of that problem in the first place!!!
Yes Chris, that is a solution–in fact one of the best solutions. In the real world we often have to reach the final solution in several steps. The real world is not instant Hollywood gratification or achieving our goals in an hour and a half because it’s in the script.
If you’re a G’ma, then why don’t you have American values? Why have you not at least read the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution (pocket book will at least give you an idea of our type of government)?
What do I mean? You are immediately accepting that those who serve within our governments and corporations have LAWFUL rights to water BEFORE the American people do. You are WRONG. Until those who serve within our governments and those corporations no longer use any water, THEN, and only THEN is it up to the people to cut back. So, when those who serve within our government go home from work – and it is a job, even for Governors – they can use water as everyone else. But at work, NONE must be used LAWFULLY, all water cutbacks have to LAWFULLY start with them.
No part of my comment says anything at all about government having rights
It’s brilliant. Use the state with the largest number of terminally stupid people to implement the Agenda 21 controls and worldwide government. Convince the useful idiots that climate change really exists so they welcome the new order. How many of your celebrities and politicians do you think will be required to comply. How many new immigrants do you suppose will be living next to Feinstein, Brown or Leonardo DiCaprio..
You are all arguing over the wrong thing. The real question is that does government have any real LAWFUL over water, the people, and how it is used?
Consider asking yourself what came first, government, corporations, or people? If you are not sure, it was PEOPLE. People used water for all kinds of things way before PEOPLE created governments and corporations. Water is a NATURAL RIGHT.
What about water districts, the stuff created to move water, dams, etc? They were created using the people’s money, for the people as their REPRESENTATIVES. (Yes, every government agency created, those SERVING WITHIN THEM are the people’s representatives.) To keep this shorter I am going to move on to a different point and topic other then that it is the PEOPLE who pay for everything that government has and uses.
What does this mean? Lawfully, constitutionally, government and corporations must cut back on water usage before the people must. When they are at ZERO use, then the people can start cutting back IF really needed. It’s a tiny bit more complicated then that, but when they start charging for extra usage, remember that they do SERVE YOU, and the agency, office, named office within a branch, etc has LAWFUL, constitutional power to short the people (again). Unless you want to be ruled, dictated to? In that case, please pick another country because this is pretty much the last nation standing for freedom and independence where the governments – state and federal – was created to PROTECT the RIGHTS of the people, to make the PEOPLES lives better, NOT the lives of those who SERVE WITHIN our governments better.
God Bless,
An American
FYI Found in the California State Senate Chamber is the Senate’s motto, “Senatoris est civitatis libertatem tueri”. These words translate to, “It is the duty of the Senators to protect the liberty of the citizens”. The Assembly Members motto is, “Legislatorum est justas leges condere”, or “It is the duty of legislators to pass just laws”.
If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?
there was a resource somewhere showing the proportion between industrial and public/private water usage (can’t find it right now).. All what I remember, the private sector portion was laughable in comparison to what industry is using, and yet the private sector suppose to be shortened, and the industrial portion NOT….??? Btw. ocean level suppose to rise (?) and yet all lands have no water??? Despite of all the technology, it seems like it’s a shame not to be able to regulate water availability..
No wonder, when looking into retirement funds, the banks have quite few options to put aside for ‘water resources’….!!!
Vote that idiot Brown out and Maxine and Nancy and Dianne Feinstein
and maybe they can come back around to being free…or just succeed and good riddance.
