California has been at the forefront of a technological and politicking ‘firestorm’ regarding Senate Bill 649, which can be described as the ultimate microwave industry’s “wet dream” legislation that would allow microwave towers of all sorts, sizes and descriptions to be placed wherever the industry chooses and with no provisions for citizen and/or local governance dissent or interaction.
Congratulations to Governor Brown for waking up to the problems such a microwave-industry-sponsored bill would create for Californians.
However, how come Governor Brown lost his way and apparent moral scruples when it came to the equally oppressive and pharmaceutical-industry-sponsored vaccine bill SB277 [1] which denies Californians of their unalienable rights to self-determination, fully-informed medical consent, freedom from medical coercion and neurotoxic vaccine poisoning?
Sunday, October 15, 2017, Governor Brown signed a short, on point letter, as to why he vetoed the microwave industry’s “flagship bill.” In it the Governor said,
I am returning Senate Bill 649 without my signature.
This bill establishes a uniform permitting process for small cell wireless equipment and fixes the rates local governments may charge for placement of that equipment on city or county owned property, such as streetlights and traffic signal poles.
There is something of real value in having a process that results in extending this innovative technology rapidly and efficiently. Nevertheless, I believe that the interest which localities have in managing rights of way requires a more balanced solution than the one achieved in this bill.
Sincerely,
s/ Edmund G. Brown Jr.
How come Governor Brown didn’t see a more balanced solution was needed in SB277? It’s still not too late to fix that. Is any California State Senator up for introducing a bill to rescind SB277? If not, why not?

Thumbs up for the veto of the 5g’s wet dream.
Thumbs down for the vaccine baby killing machine.
It’s actually part of cellular. the 5G network. moonbeam will have you all talking on two dixie cups and a string, be unarmed, surrounded by illegals. But the air is cleaner….
Can you really trust this governor? This is why you must assume there is a not-so-good reason as to why he vetoed it, maybe a worse bill will come to him soon and he will pass it. Don’t rejoice so quickly.
Very true.
This is the same guy who just signed into law a bill further restricting the open carrying of firearms in California and signed into law that will lower penalties for knowingly donating HIV-infected blood from a felony to a misdemeanor. Makes me wonder why he all of a sudden vetoed the bill in this article, people should pay really close attention to him during these months.
You win some, you lose some, willful HIV spreading = misdemeanor, yet, 5G is a no go, until the industry either sends another donation or rewrites their proposal to be more “palatable” to the legislature and Governor… living in California is like tap dancing in a minefield.
