It should be evident if you’re following news concerning the Standing Rock protests in North Dakota that tension continues to escalate between protesters supporting the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and riot police. The big deal? A four-state Dakota Access Pipeline which threatens to uproot sacred burial ground, poison the Missouri river, and make null an 1881 treaty ensuring the property belongs to the Standing Rock Sioux tribe.
In addition to being maced and beaten with batons, activists have been tased and even shot with rubber bullets. Despite the violence taking place, tribal leaders continue to ask all “water protectors” to maintain peaceful relations and rely on prayer as the only weapon used to halt construction of the DAPL.
After watching videos of the mass arrests and beatings that have taken place, many have asked how those employed by the State can continue to terrorize weaponless protesters. Surely, some form of cognitive dissonance must be taking place? For some, most likely; and that’s undoubtedly what inspired at least two officers to turn in their badges today. According to an activist named Redhawk, there have been reports of at least two officers turning in their badges after acknowledging that the battle against the American people is not what they signed up for.
On Facebook, the activist wrote:
You can see it in some of them, that they do not support the police actions. We must keep reminding them they are welcome to put down their weapons and badge and take a stand against this pipeline as well.
The comments on the ordeal have been quite positive. Charlotte Holywater Vincent wrote,
Brave to stand up for what is right ! To hand over years of training and service in a little metal badge and then stand on the side of humanity.
Ron Hemming, who reportedly is a retired deputy in Washington, shared his thoughts:
As a retired deputy in Washington state, I would have refused to go on a detail such as this. As I am also part native blood, I stand with my relatives on the front line protecting the water from the black snake. Be safe, stay strong.

There as well a school had invited other schools to send their students to participate in a million student meditation session. Students were told only to try meditating and reflecting upon peaceful forces, actions in the world.

About time the mercenaries in uniforms exhibited critical thinking skills and not resort to “I’m just doing my J-O-B, following orders, good soldier…”, “got to control these non-compliant mudbloods”. Similar to the gorillas in Planet of the Apes.
The entire system of governance you take your paycheck from is corrupt and has duped you all your life. Of course you are presented with the words and policies that smack of a righteousness, otherwise they might not get you in harness to do THEIR dirty-work. Just because the rich made up yet another ‘law’ to assure THEIR place in society, doesn’t make it right. Most of you were raised to know better. It appears too many of you for too long have lacked valor and courage.
By now you have seen how THOSE at the top are truly above the law. Go arrest a Rothschild – that family and THEIR friends have financed almost every inhumane atrocity on the planet – because THEY believe THEY’RE anointed to rule and reign in opulent fashion.
Now – if the rest of those donning a uniform would start to ‘read and think’, maybe they would see where they really need to direct their skills and the weaponry they’re provided with – that would be at the top 0.01% to 10% who direct these same uniformed/uninformed mercenaries to step on their own families necks. Dog-eat-dog, and the rulers sit comfortably and smugly while THEIR plans to continue to rule unfold.
Those of you in the intelligence data gathering agencies, turn the surveillance technology around and focus on the top people that keep you enslaved. After all, if anyone needs to be transparent it’s the people that can cause wars, mass destruction, planetary destruction and toxicity, atrocity. That ain’t you or me! “THEY” are the people that conjure those elements and “THEY” are who should be dragged into court rooms where judges have not been corrupted, to be met with justice and perhaps placed in one of THEIR for-profit prisons to do slave-labor.
Our gratitude and respect to the few brave and bold that would sacrifice themselves doing what is truly right. You wear a badge of honor. We are in your debt as we are to all warriors that support a healthy planet and its’ people. Whether you use a pen, your voice, your time, your money – RESPECT!
Not sure the Rothschild’s believe that or anything other than how stupid, apathetic and indifferent the people are and have become. They understand the psychology that goes into winning and dominating. If Americans weren’t so hateful and nasty to each other, we might have cohesion. I find it very sad that average Americans are so harmful, vicious and cruel to other Americans. Try finding an American with basic manners.

It is agreed they also understand the psychology of winning and dominating

available to them applying only minimal moral or ethical constraints. Read
their history from various global authors. But, they are not alone. They have
managed to assemble a global support system of people with common interests.
There are families across the globe that link hands with them to stabilize and
fortify their empires and shape the planet to their expectations and comfort.
The negative traits
you attribute to Americans are indeed appropriate for many, but that is true in
all parts of the planet I suspect. Just as it is true there are quality
Americans struggling under the yoke to be exemplary citizens, friends, and
honorable family members. As I would
think it is with some people in all parts of the globe.
If you cannot find
an American with basic manners – I would move from that area you’re in. Or
perhaps you should stay if you are an American with good manners, and lead by
example.

As a son, nephew and cousin of officers as well as brother of all I salute the courage and bravery of those that stood for what is right. I admire the nobility of these officers as I am in awe by the audacity of these brave men and women. Whenever the plight of existence is threaten humanity should stand as one. Let us pray for a better world.

It is time for police officers to be on the side of Liberty, instead of Tyranny. Blindly following orders, violating the constitution, and NOT protecting the rights of the individuals. Down the road, there will be trials similar to the Nuremburg Trials after WWII, when the Germans gave the excuse that they were just “following orders”….They act like cowards, with all of their violent gadgets, beating on defenseless protesters. Shame on You!!!

By turning in their badges because they cannot do what their superiors order them to do is a sign of great courage and conviction. Very unlike the NAZIs at Nuremberg who claimed to only be following orders. Mindless, consciousless tools of tyranny.
But not these good men. I applaud their acts when everywhere else in the country, ethics, morals, bias, hatred and mindless acts are getting worse; increasing in frequency all the time.
It’s time we have at least one treaty/agreement not broken with the Indians.
