Soon, we and the media will be inundated by the 2016 presidential candidates’ self-proclaimed bravados, plus spinmeisters hawking about why candidates should be considered as the next President of the United States of America.
Well, Hillary Rodham Clinton, as an attorney who, therefore, cannot plead ignorance of the law, has broken one specific law of the United States that, probably, should have her fined and/or in jail—or both! And with no exceptions, exemptions or presidential pardons! That law is U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 101, Section 2071.
Paragraph (a) specifically states that the perpetrator should be fined or imprisoned for 3 years, or both.
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. [1]
Paragraph (b) says such a perpetrator is thereby disqualified from holding any office under the United States of America.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. Mrs. Clinton, please step down now, and save yourself further embarrassment and we, the voters, added civic disgust, as we’ve had enough of ‘aristocracy rule’ from the Bushes and Barack Hussein Obama. We don’t want nor, quite frankly, need any more! Honestly, millions of Americans have wondered, and questioned to, how so much malfeasance from numerous levels of high ranking offices and officials has been allowed to get by, or circumvent, the U.S. Constitution.

“No more felons in the White House,” should be the mantra for the upcoming 2016 presidential campaign, and every candidate should be made to pass that critical test. Let’s not forget the last six to seven years of double-speak, mis-speaks, and whatever else got hidden under political carpets.

Your comment seems to smack of my taking political party sides in not pointing out the war crimes of prominent, and still-walking-free, war crimes criminals. I’ll have you know that I’m a FIERCE INDEPENDENT and registered as such to vote. I believe in being an equal-opportunity critic. My disdain for the Bushes 1 and 2, and God-forbid a No.3, is well known in the circles I travel.
Regarding Obama, I think I was the first to call him a “Trojan Horse” back when he was running for president in 2007-2008. But, no one listened!
However, it is my opinion, the U.S. “two-party political system”–that has been hybridized into the socialist UN Agenda 21–needs to become a political Phoenix! But, what will arise from the ashes? That depends upon the true grit of U.S. citizens, and if they/we ever will wake up.
You can throw away all the computers you want, the NSA has a copy of her every single email and phone call. The President and NSA both knew for years and did NOTHING! Concrete evidence the President and NSA are complicit in crimes against the US and American People. What an absolute embarrassment this Presidency is on American History.

I do, however know several men who back her.
I read on another site a comment by an IT person who said that server hardware could be erased several times and also overwritten up to seven stacks, and the initial data could still be retrieved. Whichever is correct, I’m sure they can retrieve all of her information.
Now, has the server hardware been seized and secured yet? Or will it be destroyed by some unforeseen incident at her home while Congress twiddles their thumbs?

IT experts can track this.
But it would be easiest to secure her server and start there.
I’ll never understand why seizing her server wasn’t the first thing done. Even local police confiscate suspect’s computers immediately for all kinds of crimes. To ignore this basic protocol and ensure that she had time to clean up what she could was criminal itself.

My understanding is that data can be recovered even if wiped clean. I use multiple ‘physical’ means to make any old hard drive unrecoverable.

The problem is that her private email was never “filed or deposited” in the federal records – and what was never there can not have been “concealed, removed, mutilated, obliterated, or destroyed”. She is definitely in violation of the requirement to use government email, which carries a lesser penalty.
Posting of classified information (Secret, Top Secret) via non-government email is a violation of security procedures, and carries stiff penalties of fines and imprisonment – as well as lifetime forfeiture of security clearance. Inability to obtain the required clearance would render her unable to execute the duties of POTUS.
She claims not to have posted any sensitive info on her private email. Well, if she didn’t, she wasn’t doing her job – which, by its nature, required her to process and correspond with others concerning sensitive information. The thing to do now is to scour the records of those who RECEIVED her private emails (with sensitive info) on their properly archived governmemt email accounts.
THEN – you’ve got her by the balls. Lock her up and destroy the key.

You are probably right. One promising development has been Kerry’s review of communications within the State Department to find out how Hillary flipped servers. But, I’m seeing the media’s love affair with Obama is having an adverse affect on the voters. I have seen former Obama supporters have reversed their opinions of the man as President. I’m thinking Brian Williams confession may have been a blessing for him. He won’t be at the anchor desk spewing Democratic garbage. Hillary’s screw ups have just added weight to the question of the quality of people in the media that see the politicians they hung their careers on going down.
Hillary has been violating federal laws starting with her first job out of law school. She worked for the House Committee to impeach Nixon, and is one of three lawyers fired from the House for theft of federal documents. After that she turned pro and it has been down hill ever since.

Uh…in my high school law class–in the 80’s–we learned unequivocally that ignorance of the law is NEVER a legal excuse. Soooo…Hill Clinton could have been a garbage man and she STILL couldn’t plead ignorance of the law as any type of legal defense.
