President Obama should be impeached.

Although some have presented 100 potential reasons that Barack Obama could be impeached right now under the Constitution of the United States of America, most recently he has violated Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
While the clause requires two witnesses, the entire nation and the world has witnessed Obama aiding and giving comfort to al Qaeda terrorists in Syria. As reported by Reuters in August, “Obama’s order…broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the rebels oust Assad.”
Video shows the Free Syrian Army (FSA) battalions officially unifying with the al Qaeda Al Nusra Front group earlier this year. Multiple mainstream media articles have declared the Syrian rebels and Al Nusra Front are working together (see here, here, here and here), including joint attacks on an ancient Christian village just days ago. These groups are working together to overthrow the Syrian government and the Obama Administration has issued support to them through seemingly every means possible.
The U.S. officially designated the Al Nusra Front as a terrorist organization in December 2012.
The ongoing Syrian civil war is a complicated and corrupt continuation of the U.S.-backed Libyan regime change where the U.S. and allied forces also worked covertly (and later overtly) to provide funding, training, at least $25 million in U.S. military equipment and eventually even air support to al Qaeda fronts working to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi in 2011. Following Gaddafi’s fall, the Libyan rebels transitional authority agreed to send weapons and fighters to the Syrian rebels, placing many of the same U.S.-backed al Qaeda forces from Libya into Syria.
The Pentagon finally admitted that U.S. boots had been on the ground in Libya even though Obama had never sought Congressional approval; in response, Congressman Walter Jones (R-NC) introduced a resolution to impeach should the president use military force again without asking Congress first. These concerns accelerated after then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta commented that the administration would seek approval to hypothetically bomb Syria not from Congress but from the international community and then inform Congress, going against Article I, Section 8 in the Constitution which gives Congress the power to declare war.
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 is very clear.
Chatter among Congress members shows many recognize that Obama can and should be impeached. Rep. Jones has already threatened that if a single U.S. soldier is killed in Syria, he will immediately introduce articles of impeachment against the president. Rep. Bill Flores (R-TX) recently told a town hall meeting that if the House held an impeachment vote, it would pass. Rep. Kerry Bentivolio (R-MI) recently told his constituents that impeaching Obama would be a dream come true but he needs evidence. Well, Mr. Bentivolio, here it is.
A total of 140 House members signed a letter to the president putting him on notice that Congressional approval is needed for any use of force in Syria, pressuring Mr. Obama to hold a vote next week. The president has already said he does not believe he needs Congressional approval to strike Syria; although repeatedly asked, Obama has not affirmed that he will abide by Congress’ decision if they do not approve his resolution.
Regardless, it is blatantly clear President Barack Obama has violated the Constitution of the United States of America, and thus, he should be impeached.
