Vaccine Issues, British Style

The “Vaccine Hoax” in the United Kingdom was divulged not long ago, but apparently doesn’t seem to have gotten the exposure it rightly deserves, at least in this writer’s opinion. So, I thought I would revisit incriminating evidence that reveals some rather stunning information, which ought to make parents on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean even more determined to protect their children from toxic ingredients in vaccines.

According to Freedom of Information documents released from UK government officials and confirmed by NSNBC International online[1], vaccines/vaccinations:

Don’t work; are known to cause the very diseases they are supposed to prevent; are known to be a hazard to children; plus, UK government officials colluded to lie to the public about vaccines and also worked to prevent vaccine safety studies.

Seemingly terrible lies, deceitful acts, and false information regarding public health issues and communicable diseases deliberately have been perpetrated upon the good citizens of the United Kingdom. Has anyone in that government or UK medicine been held accountable, prosecuted, or gone to jail? If not, why not? Perhaps the same can be said about the HPV vaccine problems in the USA, where no one in federal health agencies is paying attention to mounting vaccine harm.

Child Health Safety [2] reports there was a thirty-year official cover-up in the UK about the harm vaccines were doing, just so more vaccines could be sold. All that came to light because of the dogged determination and good work of Lucija Tomljenovic, PhD, as reported in her paper where she says,

Deliberately concealing information from parents for the sole purpose of getting them to comply with an “official” vaccination schedule could be considered as a form of ethical violation or misconduct. Official documents obtained from the UK Department of Health (DH) and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) reveal that the British health authorities have been engaging in such practice for the last 30 years, apparently for the sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination program. Not only should those concealments be considered unethical misconduct but also as criminal activity—collusion—a real conspiracy. Why in the world British citizens are not demanding heads roll and that the government agency responsible for such collusion be restructured or eliminated, boggles the mind. Are those involved so globally powerful that they apparently can conspire to break laws, i.e., collusion with government officials, which is honest-to-goodness conspiracy – not conspiracy theory – and still not be prosecuted?

Dr. Tomljenovic points out in her paper that “By doing so, the JCVI/DH may have violated not only International Guidelines for Medical Ethics (i.e., Helsinki Declaration and the International Code of Medical Ethics) [2] but also, their own Code of Practice.”

Furthermore, conspiracy is a crime in the UK and the USA, and is discussed on Wikipedia here. As a result of such government collusion, numerous children and adults have been harmed—many for life. So what did the British government do for those harmed during its conspiratorial thirty years of pushing vaccines and vaccinations without apparent regard to the harm vaccines were doing?

The UK Vaccine Damage Payments Program

In April 2008 the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) was combined with Vaccine Damage Payments. However, that dual agency was dissolved in October 2011, but each program remains autonomous and operates individually.

Supposedly, disabled vaccinees are entitled “to get a one-off tax-free payment of £120,000 called a “Vaccine Damage Payment.”[3]

According to the June 17, 2013 update for Vaccine Damage Payment from GOV.UK,[4] persons who were vaccinated with the following vaccines and became severely disabled—key words—due to those vaccinations, could receive compensation and payment:

Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, rubella, tuberculosis, haemophilus influenza type B (HIB), meningococcal group C, pneumococcal infection, human papillomavirus, pandemic influenza A (H1N1) 2009 (swine flu) up to Aug. 31, 2010, smallpox up to Aug. 1, 1971.[5] 

If your mother was vaccinated against one the diseases in the above list while she was pregnant; or you’ve been in close physical contact with someone who’s had an oral vaccine against poliomyelitis.[6]

The above paragraph is most significant as it confirms an unfortunate and deliberate mis-statements by many vaccine proponents that oral polio vaccines are safe. Factually, vaccines are not tested for being teratogens, i.e., capable of causing birth defects; plus, vaccines are capable of causing disease transmission to third parties – referred to as “vaccine shedding” – as substantiated by the DWP’s remark regarding the oral polio vaccine.

In order to be eligible for compensation for vaccine damage in the UK, vaccinees must have been given vaccinations in the UK or the Isle of Man, unless vaccinated as part of Armed Forces medical treatment.

Vaccine Damage Claims 2000 to 2010 inclusive

Here’s where this writer thinks the British public—and children in particular—have been shafted because of the collusion the government undertook for thirty years knowingly pushing unsafe vaccines.

According to Freedom of Information request 2012-4582,[7] there were 1,483 claims between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2010. If vaccines are safe, there should be no claims! Only 26 of those claims resulted in an award! The total amount paid for those awards was £2,600,000. It seems that compensation is based upon a vaccinee being severely disabled, i.e., experiencing at least a 60 percent disability. Shafted again!

In the FOI request fulfillment, government officials said they were not able to supply details regarding how many of those successful claims resulted from the tetanus vaccine and the MMR vaccine. How interesting! Poor record keeping or deliberate withholding of information not to implicate the MMR vaccine?

In Freedom of Information request 2012-3426,[8] the number of Vaccine Damage Payments for each year was requested, and provided. However, the chart below is at variance with what was stated in FOI 2012-4582 above, i.e., 26 claims settled or awarded, whereas in the chart below, 38 awards are listed. Apparently, whoever answered the FOI requests was not fully informed. What do you expect?

Probably nothing speaks more clearly – and obviously – than Vaccine Damage Payments as to why parents in the UK and elsewhere should be wary of physicians and public health agencies pushing vaccines as safe. What, in essence, physicians and public health agencies promote is a roulette-like scheme of sorts, i.e., parents taking a chance on healthy children becoming damaged for life by submitting to vaccines that have not been tested for safety in their ability not to cause sterility, cancer, and birth defects, especially when vaccines are given to pregnant women.

Parents need to realize just how devious governments are in dealing with obvious health situations their vaccine misinformation campaigns created – and create – in collusion with vested interests, especially for thirty long years, as was the case in the UK, and may still be ongoing.

USA Vaccine Damage

Who, in their right mind, can trust government health agencies and comply with mandates that innocent children risk becoming vaccine damaged? Every country’s health agencies acknowledge vaccine damage occurs. In the USA, there is the VAERS reporting system, where to date over 300,000 vaccine damage reports have been filed. Additionally, “Each year the VAERS receives 10,000–20,000 reports of adverse events following immunization.”[9] Coincidentally, there was a 4,250 percent increase in fetal deaths reported to VAERS after pregnant women received the flu shot![10]

Barbara Loe Fisher, Co-founder of the National Vaccine Information Center says, “Former FDA Commissioner David Kessler estimated in a 1993 article in the Journal of the American Medical Association that fewer than 1 percent of all doctors report injuries and deaths following the administration of prescription drugs. This estimate may be even lower for vaccines. In one survey that our organization conducted in New York in 1994, only 1 doctor in 40 reported to VAERS.”[11]

Who says vaccines are safe?

The sad fact about vaccine damage is that it will be parents who will be saddled with providing and financing lifelong healthcare especially when, as in the UK, a 60 percent severe disability threshold is enforced for vaccine damage eligibility. People – and children, in particular – deserve better treatment—especially the truth about vaccines, I do believe.
