Adam Kokesh was arrested this weekend during the Smoke Down Prohibition civil disobedience event Joint Summit with President Choom. This is the second time in a month that Kokesh was arrested for peaceably assembling to redress grievances — or peacefully protesting marijuana prohibition. Kokesh was released from police custody shortly after this video.
