Welcome once again to the connection that is both you and I. This stillness brings you recollection and also peace and quiet. It is time away from rushing around and the pushing and shoving of your daily tasks that can bury your heart and mind inside a darkened cloud.

It is within you, and within you only, that can elevate you beyond such density to bask in love and light. Here you will be refreshed, rejuvenated and revitalized far greater than a so-called holiday of a lifetime ever could.

If one stays constantly in the exterior world of the physical and material, then one could be described as living in slumber. Yes, one can walk, talk and use their senses and yet it is as if the heart lies unconscious, like in a coma or deep sleep. The body, being like a garment of clothes wrapped around your Soul, will arise from sleep, hopefully work and often toil throughout the day whilst the mind will constantly be ‘thinking’. This is what most would call living; but in fact it just ‘exists’.

It is quite clear and apparent that to embark upon your own journey of truth, no matter what color, creed, country of residence you live or even the religion or faith that you follow, your heart needs to be re-awakened beyond so-called ‘reality’ of the physical world.

In essence, all that you see, hear, touch, taste and smell are but reflections of the joy and the eternal wonderment that is within you. All are magnified way beyond the comprehension of most human beings thought process because everlasting bliss and peace cannot be found in the physical or denser realm in which you currently reside.

So, if one lives ‘without’, then it can be deemed a person is in fact asleep or unconscious and unaware of the truth that reflects, resounds and radiates as love from ‘within’. What is required then to make one sit up and take notice? What alarm clock or interruption can assist one to feel and know the light and to know and understand what is right?

What is needed is not man made, for this would be impermanent and fade away. Only the resonance and vibration of love can motivate, lead, carry, help, assist, rescue, console, heal, nurture, forgive, and remember itself and all these as one.

Love does not enforce or cajole another to see a particular viewpoint or reason to exist. It can only guide and try to encourage the connection to ones heart to beat to another tune and another frequency away from doubt, darkness and false pain. These words may be like a new spark that ignites your fire within, just like a universal source of power and energy that jump starts your heart into action, you’re new … ‘re-action’.

When you become cognizant of your realization, goal and purpose, it will be like an anesthetist re-awakening you after an operation. At first your mind can be fuzzy, unfocused and your vision unclear. Then, in what may only appear to be a short moment of time, your true vision and sight will return.

The scene, the picture, the pathway ahead for you as an individual and also as a member of society will dawn upon you. You will look upon the Sun that rises and it will warm your face and heart. Your very being will smile and radiate with joy for your illusion and delusions will disappear like a rain cloud. You’re Soul, now becoming enlightened and ‘lightened’ will beam with joy. The colors of the rainbow will shine and spiral both near and far.

All this and more is within your grasp, as if inches away from your fingertips and all you need to do is to ask for it, desire it and believe it with all of your heart. It is the Soul, the individual that can determine far more than the mind likes to make you think and believe.

This is why you must free the mind of negative thoughts and traits. Do not succumb to the “Cannot, will not, or shall not” for all this does is to restrict you, attempting to make the connection to the truth weaker. It cannot ever break but your freewill clouds the issue and even attempts to deny who, what and why you are. Remember, we are all ‘one’ and this cannot ever be diminished or erased.

So, whatever you’re current circumstances or situation it is yourself who has the power, so much more power than you could imagine. You can channel this into amazing gifts to help yourself and others too.

There will be tests, trials and tribulations too but these will be embarked and taken on with endeavor, fortitude, perseverance, compassion and understanding. These will make you even stronger.

When you are hurt, criticized or condemned by another, forgive and forget. Likewise, do not dwell or succumb to ego when you assist or help another either. As I have said before, forget the good that you do too. Many, many people and Souls do courageous and brave acts each and every day. They are unrecognized faces who have hearts that swell with love pumping through their veins. They do not need or hold medals or certificates to display their acts of kindness.

Instead, within themselves they know the truth. They have knowledge and experience which gives them wisdom, this is then shared through their hands and voices both freely and openly. I am not saying that I want or need you to be a ‘hero’ for me or your fellow man (or anything like this). But rather, state that it is down to you all whether or not you even want to change a fragment of your daily lives and life that you lead today.

Ask yourself if you are living for yourself. Ask yourself whether you could have been a better father, mother, son or daughter, relative or friend in the last hour, day, month or year. More importantly, do you want to be?

Again choices have been and always will be your own. All I am saying is that the opportunities are there for you all, every minute of every day for you to express the true love that you each surely are.

So, will you arise to the challenges that lie ahead? Or, will you still slumber (and rest) to resist your life’s many tasks and tests? I am calling and waiting for you too. Are you awake?
