Recently, Spartanburg County, S.C., Sheriff, Chuck Wright, caused a bit of a stir by admitting publicly that law enforcement cannot provide safety against common crimes of violence. Sheriff Chuck Wright was quoted as saying, “Our form of justice is not making it.” He later suggested that “It’s too bad someone with a concealed weapons permit didn’t walk by. That would fix it.” These comments came about after a man grabbed a woman who was walking her dog in a park, the man allegedly choked the woman and made her take off her clothing and tried to rape her. [1]
After hearing Wright’s courageous and truthful remarks a Spartanburg County Councilman Michael Brown “launched a verbal attack on Wright, referring to his comments regarding Right-to-Carry as ‘irresponsible, reprehensible [sic] and… incendiary.’ [2] Brown went on to describe his own lack of faith in law-abiding citizens, stating, “People say Spartanburg is coming to a boiling point and this is just the opportunity for people who are not trained law enforcement officials, people who do not have extensive training and the experience, to handle weapons.”
Michael Brown’s mouthful is an “auto-reply” emotional outburst preprogrammed into his head, and millions like him, by a highly advanced system of mind control to disarm Americans against violent crimes — including crimes against citizens by government.
The problem with Brown and others regurgitating second-hand slogans saying that only law enforcement can learn to use a gun in self defense is this: it just isn’t true. Or, more precisely, it is a deliberate lie. The real truth is exactly the opposite; learning to use a gun for the prevention of violent crime is easy and requires very little training. Less training in fact then getting in shape good enough to run from a rapist, or learning basic hand-to-hand self-defense techniques.
The skills needed to use a firearm (and safely carrying) is something American culture used to teach children during their formative years. At one time, High Schools offered marksmanship training for competitions, and young girls were taught to use shotguns and handguns available at home as a precaution against trouble that might lead to violence.
It is no secret that communities encouraging or even requiring citizens to be armed have the lowest gun-related crime rates and are the least susceptible to tyranny by their own governments. This was considered self-evident by the founding fathers and even the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States was designed with considerable influence from the mandatory model advanced by one of the most peaceful and safe countries on earth, Switzerland.
In Switzerland every male above the age of twenty is trained to use weapons as part of his compulsory, but limited service to the Swiss militia. But even before compulsory service “young men and women may take optional courses with the Swiss army’s M57 assault rifle. They keep that gun at home for three months and receive six half-day training sessions.” [3]
Switzerland is a nation with every household owning and routinely training firearms of every kind and calibre. From handguns to semi-automatic “assault” rifles, the Swiss are armed and secure, and not hindered or impeded by gun laws and unnecessary regulation. Not surprisingly, Switzerland has one of the lowest rates of gun crime in the industrial world with low levels of robbery, assault with a weapon and rape when compared to disarmed countries like the UK and portions of the United States. [4]
Here in the United States it takes very little effort to note that cities with disarmed citizens have the highest gun crime rates and the highest corruption among their “authorities”. Although some city governments attempt to manipulate crime statistics, preventing a truthful view of their murder and rape rates [5], it is easy to see that cities like Baltimore in the gun-hating state of Maryland have murder rates and other gun crimes that lead the nation. On the other hand, cities like Kennesaw, Georgia have a mandatory one gun per household rule, and after 16 years of evidence, gun crimes have basically disappeared. [6]
The message of Sheriff Wright then is a message of truth — only individuals can protect themselves from violent crime, or a violent take over by a tyrannical government. Requiring police, or even duly elected and sworn defenders of the Constitution like Sheriff Wright, to defend every citizen from sudden and violent crime is a fantasy and is totally irresponsible. Contrary to people like Brown, I submit that fathers and mothers are irresponsible if they don’t teach their sons and daughters to defend themselves using appropriate weapons. The world is only made safer from evil when good people are ready, instantly, to stand up against evil.
Evil is not a temporary thing; it is not something that comes and goes — it’s constant and infests all countries at approximately the same rates. It is irresponsible and childlike to pretend that evil will not try to infest and totally control our systems of government, and then hire agents to maintain that control (see my article: Pathocracy: Tyranny at the hands of psychopaths) It is irresponsible to teach our children the fairy tale that someone else will protect them. Gun control is about disarming citizens against all crimes of violence and is the first thing implemented by tyrants everywhere in any age.
I believe this to be an axiom: gun crime and gun violence are a symptom of too few guns, not too many. One could easily make a simple intuitive argument to prove this statement by noting when everyone has a gun, and is prepared to use it in the course of preserving their lives and the lives of people around them, gun-related crime is going to fall dramatically. This would be true because most gun-using criminals do not also have a death wish.
But I would even go one step further and use an argument from game theory proposed by Bertrand Lemennicer in his article “Nuclear Weapons: Proliferation or Monopoly”. [9] Although guns and nuclear weapons are considerably different, the idea should hold for all weapons. According to Lemennicer, “The claim that the proliferation of any weapon — small or large, in the hands of ordinary citizens or politicians is a general threat is, in fact, the first step in the monopolization of power.” With respect to nuclear weapons, Lemennicer shows that proliferation of nuclear weapons is a blessing because things that are good for one country are good for another, and from his formal proof Lemennicer shows that “As N ( the number of countries with nuclear weapons) approaches infinity, the frequency of nuclear war is the ratio of the gains V over the cost of war C. With nuclear weapons, C very high compared to V, which predicts that the frequency of nuclear war will approach ZERO. The lesson from this formal analysis is that the more armed players there are, the more the threshold probability to have armed conflicts depends only on the ratio of V/C” (gains over costs).
In other words, when everyone is armed the chances of gun violence approaches zero.
It may seem scary to people brought up in America’s scripted culture of irrational fears supported by a media-mind-control-machine that we individuals have to defend ourselves or lose that right and possibly our lives to the evil intentions of others. Right now the boots of evil are on the ground and taking control — look at the the state of New Jersey, another gun-hating Constitution-ignoring state, moving to ban all handgun ammunition and some rifle ammunition.[7], while British citizens are enduring the pain and humiliation of street shakedowns by their military [8]. Although British “authorities” say this is only a training exercise, it is the nature of the exercise that should worry totally disarmed citizens of Great Britain.
According to the article in the Telegraph, “soldiers were taught how to use body-length riot shields, protect themselves from missiles and how to identify and arrest ‘ring leaders’ using specially trained ‘snatch squads.'” Identifying and arresting ring leaders, and special “snatch squads”, should raise some alarms among the disarmed population that will be snatched or produce a ring leader. [8]
But the solution to this problem is easy, and it has been known for a long time. The erudite and America-loving founding father, Thomas Jefferson, devoted many pages of words to warnings about the need to keep and bear arms. Jefferson even suggested that men should stop playing “ball games” and learn to shoot. Guns are fun to shoot, they are fun to learn about, collect, clean and as Thomas Jefferson said, [a gun] “gives independence to the mind”.
Finally, it is important to understand the comments of Brown and others like him are not the result of thought; they are not the result of deep loving concern about every female alone in the park or every grandmother alone at home; they are second-hand echos of mind-controlling slogans generated by a criminal system trying to disarm its prey.
Please take the time to research and think it through. Go locate a nearby NRA-certified firearms training facility and learn the joy of shooting firearms, learn the feeling of being in control of your own life and safety, and walk where you want — not in disarmed fear with irrational hope that an ‘authority’ will be nearby when you need help, but in confidence that you and others can defend yourself and each other and make a stand against evil.
Take charge of your life, be responsible for the safety of your children — defend yourself and family from all acts of violence, even the violent act of gun control. Being responsible for your safety and those around you is far more difficult than pretending an “authority” is somewhere looking out for you. It takes courage, commitment, and the strength to be right in a world going terribly wrong.
What really disturbs the mind-controlling criminal groups attempting to disarm America is when a good man stands up and announces: “The emperor has no clothes, you can only protect yourself and in doing so you will protect others.” Listen to a Swiss citizen explain why he is sure he will remain free and never be forced into a death camp like so many peoples that have been disarmed and then doomed throughout history.

The constitutions of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property and freedom

Thomas Jefferson In his Commonplace Book, Jefferson quotes Cesare Beccaria from his seminal work, On Crimes and Punishment: “Laws that forbid the carrying of arms… disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes… Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”
Thomas Jefferson: “A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of your walks.” Encyclopedia of T. Jefferson, 318 (Foley, Ed., 1967).
