The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory says a new fissure eruption opened up on the floor at the Pu’u O’o when a crater collapsed Saturday. Scientists in Hawaii say the new vent opened at one of the world’s most active volcanoes, sending lava shooting up as high as 65 feet. Watch raw USGS footage of the fissure eruption below:
