The Uncomfortable Truth About This Election and the State of the Nation

By Janet Phelan

The Harris/Trump debate highlighted an unfortunate reality. With all the sturm and drang over the fate of the unborn, border security and economic policies, neither candidate stepped up and fearlessly faced the core issues that are destroying our country.

While weaponization of government was touched upon, it was largely through each side alleging that the Department of Justice was being weaponized against political opponents, namely them. However, a larger and more significant weaponization has taken place, and neither candidate is discussing this. This weaponization involves the weaponization of government against us, the people of the United States.

There does not appear to be disagreement on the basic principles, that our Constitution guarantees the basic rights of citizens to life, liberty, and property and that the responsibility of government is to protect those rights.

In ostensible pursuit of this protection, the US has developed a daunting military with weapons, both secret and public, with the capability of subduing any foreign foe. In fact, the US itself has not been attacked since December, 1941, with the attack on Pearl Harbor.

And along the way, these daunting weapons of war have been turned upon us.

Before we get into the uses and abuses of these weapons against US civilians, let us consider for a moment the structure of government. The US is divided into three branches and it is here that a significant weaponization has taken place. One of the three branches, the judiciary, has been corrupted and is being used as a tool in lawfare. This impacts far more people than the candidate, Donald Trump, who declared in the recent debate that he was being attacked by a weaponized DOJ.

Thousands of victims of weaponized probate courts now exist, as these courts regularly violate the law and common ethics in their pursuit of grabbing whatever money may be available in an elder’s estate and ensuring that the heir does not inherit. Books and articles on these cases abound, though few examine thoroughly the part that the third branch of government, the judiciary, plays in protecting and promoting the money grab. Evidence that the judges are being rewarded, under the table, for their pivotal part here is largely ignored, as our lapdog press seeks to frame the issue as a guardianship problem, not a judicial one.

At the Breaking Point of History: How Decades of U.S. Duplicity Enabled the Pandemic

Of equal concern is the grab going on in courts involving the fate of minor children. In his scathing book on these child custody cases, The Worst Interests of the Child, Keith Harmon Snow writes that

“The problem with Family Courts is that financial interests outweigh the judicial issues, and the entire legal system has been geared to support the financial plunder of clients. This is most evident by examination of the behavior of lawyers who take cases for both perpetrators of abuse and protective parents (not only, but usually, the mothers).”

These are not the only types of cases indicating a weaponization of the legal system. In other cases involving substantial sums of money, such as IRS cases, we see similar forces at play.

Interestingly enough, this process of paying judges off through their mortgages appears to be well protected. Numerous efforts have been made by multiple parties to turn this information over to the FBI, which has, to my knowledge, rebuffed all such efforts. Equally, Jim Jordan’s Weaponization of Government, a subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee, was repeatedly contacted concerning the weaponization of judges and while studiously polite, the Committee failed to follow up or take action.

It should be noted that the take down of the judiciary has considerable impact on the other two branches of government. It is the duty of the state legislatures and Congress to pass laws. But if the laws are roundly ignored by the judiciary, this renders the second branch of government, the legislative, into a useless and functionless parody of purported power. The executive branch is also implicated as the executive, with much pomp and flourish, signs the unenforced bills. Who are they actually kidding?

Back to the armed forces involvement in weapons against the citizenry. There has been mounting public awareness and concern about “Havana Syndrome,” the mysterious and debilitating brain injuries affecting diplomats and intelligence officers. There have also been studied efforts to ignore the outcry of thousands of everyday citizens, who are claiming that directed energy weapons, causing similar health effects, have been used against them. A recent article by a Netherlands Naval Commander, excerpted at length by Dr. Len Ber on his Substack, provides a critical look at the status of cognitive weapons. Quoting from van der Klaauw’s article, Ber states that

“Unlike psychological operations, cognitive activities are not directed at our conscious mind, but at our subconscious mind, the main drivers of our behavior: emotions. This takes place through hyper-personalized targeting integrating and exploiting neuroscience, bio-technology, information and cognitive techniques (NBIC), mainly using social media and digital networks for neuro-profiling and targeting individuals. We need to realize that individuals are at the centre of all military operations and strategic-political decision-making.”

Van der Klaauw goes on to assert,

“Although they often sound like ideas from a science-fiction film, cognitive attacks are not science fiction anymore. They are taking place already now, and these attacks will continue to become more sophisticated.”

Weapons of war have the capability of also extinguishing life, not only controlling it. Consider the revelations that our very water systems have been accessed and tweaked to provide a killing mechanism. And we don’t even need to mention the Covid pandemic and the avoidable deaths this produced.

So during this election season, take the time to ask yourself why these two candidates, fiercely vying for the top office in the country – and very likely the world – are veering away from these foundational issues which bespeak a concerted demolition of our free society. Ask yourself why they focus on other, well- vetted issues and stay mum on the actual state of the nation. And in case you haven’t yet gotten it, the country is actively preying on its own people.

And then ask yourself, in all honesty, what you personally are going to do about these issues. Are you also going to stay silent and pretend as if the attack level is nil? Or are you going step up, join history and start to try to make a difference?
