Silver has personally kept me off of antibiotics for nearly 15 years. That’s huge! For years, I used to suffer from regular urinary tract infections and now I am allergic to almost ALL antibiotics. Since using silver I have not had a UTI.

Mechanism Of Action

Western medicine has generally chosen to ignore the healing power of silver as an all-natural antibiotic. This is mostly the case because silver is significantly less profitable for Big Pharma compared to antibiotics and other medications you pay for. You cannot patent silver, but they are trying. For thousands of years, silver has been used to treat wounds and inhibit the spread and activity of microbial pathogens, healing the body from infections and illnesses while bolstering the immune system.

Meanwhile, the media dissuades people from using silver by claiming it can be toxic when taken internally. I’m sure you’ve heard silver will make you turn into a smurf. It’s called Argyria and when the silver is top quality that skin condition is extremely rare. I’ve been personally taking silver for years and I assure you, I am brown and not a Smurfette. Nonetheless, I’ve had several smear articles attacking HoneyColony and myself. Can you imagine? And if you search my company on Google, the FDA letter under Quack Hack is what comes up first. Silver doesn’t only have antimicrobial properties, it can destroy bacteria and viruses on surfaces outside of the body. Silver works by disrupting the cell membranes and metabolism of the bacteria. Silver ions not only can suppress and slow down bacteria but kill them too.

Antibiotic Resistance Epidemic

In 2021, I apprehensively took doxycycline after a decade of nonuse. I’ve been hospitalized more than once due to antibiotic reactions. This third time almost killed me. I learned about a syndrome called Steven Johnson because I had a horrible rash, turned jaundice, and had my skin molted like a tarantula. I had to take prednisone.

When you literally cannot take an antibiotic, it can be scary. So I would never go too far without my silver. It’s called Antibiotic Resistance and it’s an actual epidemic I have been covering for years. The misuse and abuse of antibiotics in humans and animals has been catastrophic for our gut biome and overall immune system.

Antibiotic overuse and the increase in bacteria resistant to these once-upon-a-time novel medications is one of the biggest health threats we face today. While humans are a bit more informed in 2023 about the repercussions, 45 percent of people continue to use them incorrectly, according to a recent poll published by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
