The US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency Disappeared…But Is It Really Gone?

I was rereading a bit of None Dare Call it Treason the other day, and came across Public Law 87-297. This law was passed back in 1961, becoming US government policy. You can read the law here. It was later repealed (it looks like in 1991), but I think there are some important takeaways here.

This law literally created a US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency that you’ve probably never heard of but will cause a lot of current happenings to make a lot more sense once you’re aware of its existence.

What does Public Law 87-297 say?

Here are some of the excerpts from Public Law 87-297 that you may find of interest. Refer to the document in the link above to learn more about each of these points.

“An ultimate goal of the United States is a world which is free from the scourge of war and the dangers and burdens of armaments; in which the use of force has been subordinated to the rule of law…”

“The dangers and burdens of armaments?” So we were actively working to eliminate the Second Amendment and everything behind it? Also, how do you enforce rule of law if nobody has any guns? Maybe we should clone narwhal man from England. He seemed to understand a thing or two.

“It is the purpose of this Act to provide impetus toward this goal by creating a new agency of peace to deal with the problem of reduction and control of armaments looking toward ultimate world disarmament.”

They were not only literally talking about the creation of a world government (if only one group has the weapons, guess who’s soon going to start making all the rules?), but they were also talking about using it to eliminate all weaponry from the face of the earth other than from those who are the rulers of the new world order.

Sec 2. (a) states that they are conducting research on arms control and disarmament policy formation.

What is the aim of this research? To learn how to best take away your guns. This would encompass all research that looks at how to use propaganda to sway the opinions of the American public, research that looks at how much legislation people are willing to tolerate, how to turn peoples’ attention away from the current “thing” so that it can go through without issue, and so on.

Sec. 2 (b) states they are looking at “preparing” the US for disarmament.

How were they “preparing” us? A little legislation here and there? Increased regulation again and again? Making you unable to afford ammunition? Making ammunition unavailable? Working to brainwash kids in public schools?

Sec. 2 (c ) states they’re looking at controlling the narrative on arms control.

How do you control the narrative? False statistics?

Sec. 3 (a) says they’re looking to eliminate the US armed forces as well as all guns that Americans own.

Quite literally, this is what this section says. We are actively working to eliminate the US military. Perhaps making our tanks go green is a part of this?

This also discusses a means of creating an international group that could enforce this on others. So once we no longer had our military, we would then let ourselves be invaded (because this is literally part of the plan, according to this legislation), and then this global police force would come in and start taking the American public’s guns away. Keep in mind that this would include all knives, swords, mace, and anything else that would classify as a “conventional weapon.”

If you remember the provisional government’s disarmament rules in JWR’s Patriots, this is what this is.

Sec. 21 shows the creation of a “US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.”

The very existence of which is unconstitutional.

Think this is just about nukes? Sec. 31 (a) makes it clear that even the pistol you have is subject to elimination.

This is literally about every weapon or anything that could be used as a weapon, ever. Just to be clear, the global police force would still have tanks, jets, missiles, rifles, pistols, and knives, but you would have nothing.

If you picture a large man who is physically abusive to his wheelchair-bound, elderly mother, you have something of a picture of how this plays out.

Sec. 31 (b) says they’re looking at ways to detect “other weapons.”

Initially, they discuss NBC weapons here (nukes, etc.). But the addition of “other weapons” means they’re also trying to figure out ways to detect your concealed carry pistol or the gun in your truck.

Sec. 31 (d) says they’re looking at eliminating the US armed forces – all of them.

This goes along with Sec. 3 (a).

Sec. 31 (e ) says they’re looking at creating an international organization to enforce arms control and disarmament.

In other words, a new world order.

Sec. 31 (f) says they’re going to use scientists to find ways to keep you disarmed.

Does collectivism get scarier as technology improves? You betcha.

Think Zamyatin’s We, The Hunger Games, 1984, and so on. Scary technology is used for evil to keep evil men in power.

Sec. 33 is a bit schizophrenic.

We will disarm everybody else but not ourselves? Or we won’t disarm unless we change the Constitution first? Or, we won’t disarm unless Congress arbitrarily decides we’ll disarm first? The only reason that this clause was added was to silence any critics who pointed out what the intro, Sec 2 (a), or Sec 2 (b) really mean.

Here are my thoughts.

I’ve been snooping, and I’m seeing things that suggest that parts of this were repealed in 1991 and other things that make it look like other stuff was added and taken away in 2022. It’s all wrapped in legal jargon, though, and I’m having a hard time deciphering it all.

But it’s important to note that the attempt was made a few decades ago. When that didn’t work, smaller attempts have been made to hack away at the 2nd Amendment. Clearly, gun control has been a long-term goal. If Plan A didn’t work, then they moved on to subsequent plans. It’s certainly clear that our second amendment freedoms have been sharply limited since the 1990s.

Even if it were repealed in 1991, the several decades from its signing to repeal is a lot of time to make progress towards this goal, and whatever research was conducted during that time wouldn’t have just been trashed and forgotten about afterward. It would have been handed off. Who got it? Where did the people go to work after they quit working for this agency? Do you remember when this law was passed? Do you know anything more about this?
