Were There Double Standards Of The U.S. Legal System, Especially With Obama-era Federal Agents?

One of the preeminent postulations by the United States of America is its sense of ‘justice’ and the laws in place to enforce that ‘justice’.   Everyone pontificates “American democracy.”  How can that be when feds allow the filing of false court documents, specifically with the FISA court?  Reason: the apparent ‘imprimatur’ from top levels of the Obama administration, supposedly Obama himself!

Tucker Carlson, in my opinion, seems to be an “old fashion journalist,” who does real investigative, on air and with individuals—“assets” who apparently don’t have “dogs in the fight,” to delineate probable treasonous acts perpetrated at the instigation of the former Obama administration in order to ‘guarantee’ Hillary Clinton would succeed Obama as president.

As we all know, Hillary did not win the Electoral College, the only vote established within the U.S. Constitution [1] that determines the duly elected President.  As a result, all hell has broken lose to destroy the very fabric of the United States Constitution, justice and the democratic constitutional republic the USA has been.  Democratic because citizens are given the vote!

The Electoral College is a process, not a place. The founding fathers established it in the Constitution as a compromise between election of the President by a vote in Congress and election of the President by a popular vote of qualified citizens.

As a journalist, who believes in fairness at all levels of governance, science and journalism, and not the double standard, I think both sides of those who are involved in the current constitutional crisis at every level need to have their ‘laundry’ aired in public. 

One problem, as it currently exists, is that criminals—especially illegal aliens—now are not legally being considered criminals, but are ‘chosen’ to be protected ‘legally’ to stay in the USA.  That seems to be the ‘propellant’ for many grassroots demonstrations and the standard Leftist oratories: “Illegal immigrant children torn away from their mothers’ arms.”

The Leftist/Progressive agenda never takes into consideration that those illegal immigrants BROKE U.S. law and should not be here. What is it they don’t get?  If the USA is a nation of laws, then we see our own citizens breaking those laws on behalf of foreign and illegal law breakers.  What don’t they get?

Many public demonstrations take place to eliminate ICE—not the cubes you put into your drinks—but the federal agency, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Somehow that seems more like mob rule, or what the Bolsheviks pulled off in Russia to overthrow the monarchy.  Our Forefathers and Foremothers overthrew the British monarchy back in the 1700s, but there still are some overarching matters remaining with the “City of London,” the cabal and the British Queen.

Tucker talks about Hillary Clinton’s hob-knobbing with Harvey Weinstein in December 2016, after she lost the election, having dinner in a fine New York City restaurant.  Harvey gave $250 thousand to the Clinton Foundation over the years.   What should we expect?

Listen to what Tammy Bruce, columnist and author, says probably would have happened IF Hillary had become president.  Is that frightening or would it have been a cabal-fulfilling agenda?

Questions: What happened to the Clinton Foundation and why is it dissolving [2]?  How many foreign countries contributed to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was U.S. Secretary of State?  Why isn’t anyone at federal levels questioning the legality of that? For the answer see the very short video embedded within The Washington Post article “FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for months.”

Now, let’s see how much of the money raised by the Clinton Foundation for the Haitian earthquake disaster really went to Haitian relief?

Who were the “non-Haitian organizations” that received 89.8%?  Rumors claim most was kept by the Clinton Foundation.

Now here’s where the double standard comes into play and has to be taken seriously by all sides:

Nothing seemingly has been done to take to legal task the improprieties of the former Obama administration and its officials regarding the FISA court fiasco;

 Nothing has been done legally regarding all the money Hillary received from Russian sources [3];

Nothing seemingly has been done legally to prosecute the Clintons for Hillary’s actions as Secretary of State soliciting/taking funds for her Clinton Foundation [3];

Nothing has been done legally to prosecute the pedophilia-sex trafficking by high ranking officials in Washington, DC, with tentacles reaching out to similar colleagues in the UK and other foreign countries;

Nothing has been done about the suspicious death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Whereas, extensive investigations into President Trump’s past, including his liaisons before his Presidency which should have no impact whatsoever other than with his wife, since President Clinton apparently was having sex in the Oval Office, more often than had been reported by the press;

Plus, the Clinton-paid-for “Russian Steele dossier” apparently manufactured feloniously regarding Donald J. Trump.

If we truly are a nation of laws and justice, then shouldn’t we demand transparent investigations and legal actions from federal agencies against those in government who perpetrate them?

Or, is the unfair Double Standard the ‘currency’ of law in the USA?
