Dave Ashton was an IT consultant in the UK and Europe until 2010, when he was forced to retire due to electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS). He now spends his time advocating for safe technology, and the formal recognition of electrosensitivity as a bona-fide pathophysiological condition which, despite industry claims, is directly caused by the harmful electrosmog in our environment. [1]
Electrosmog is the invisible electromagnetic radiation resulting from the use of both wireless technology and mains electricity. The most common sources of wireless electrosmog are:
Cordless phones
Cordless baby alarms
Mobile/cellular phone masts/towers/transmitters
Mobile/cellular phones
Wireless networksElectrosmog is responsible for a condition known as electrosensitivity (ES) or electrohypersensitivity (EHS). Symptoms include:
Headaches
Disruptive sleep patterns
Chronic fatigue
Depression
Hypersensitivity and erratic blood pressure
Skin complaints
Behavioural patterns in childrenChildren, the elderly and anyone with a lowered immune system are most at risk from the health effects.” [1]
Mr. Ashton, like most who become EHS and eventually see the ‘light’ about the health problems associated with the current craze and infatuation with Wi-Fi, ‘smart’ gadgets, iPhones and other paraphernalia, which emit non-thermal radiation waves, published a most interesting article June 23, 2017 titled “If FCC’s O’Rielly is Right, 225 Scientists Are Wrong” wherein Ashton points out some of the less-than-apparent-issues with microwave technology, which runs all ‘smart’ stuff.
Mr. Ashton emphasizes something everyone should be demanding be updated, corrected and also screaming about to the highest of heavens: “Industry view based on old data.” [CJF emphasis] Furthermore,
All assurances of safety that you will see in industry propaganda are based on the belief that radiation that does not raise body temperatures is harmless. That theory has been shown to be false and should have [been] discarded, in my opinion, over 40 years ago. [2]
[CJF emphasis]
However, without the above collusion and multi-ingrained conspiracies on the part of the U.S. military, microwave industry and its professional associations like ICNIRP, PLUS the U.S. FCC, those scientific LIES would never have been allowed to become ‘scientific facts’, which utility company lawyers promote and swear to as ‘FACTS’ in courts of law. How outrageous!
Mr. Ashton further elaborates with:
There are many other scientific experts who are concerned about the health effects of exposure to Wi-Fi radiation, and especially to children, who are often exposed to industrial grade Wi-Fi routers all day long while at school.
O’Rielly and others like him ignore the biological effects of the radiation in their zealous quest to ensure the domination of this technology. We can question what motivates these people, but one thing is absolutely clear.
For him [FCC Commissioner Michael O’Rielly] to be right, the 225 scientists who signed the International EMF Scientist Appeal would have to be wrong and so would their scientific papers.
Also in error would be the World Health Organization’s own body, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, which in 2011 classified the radiation emitted by Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies as a possible carcinogen. [2]
[CJF emphasis]
There’s a dire—even critical—need for the ‘smart’ and microwave tech-run industries and appliances to be evaluated for their factual EMF/RF emissions, which must be made public without prior censorship or ‘sanitation’ of results of how they affect the human body within close or constant exposure(s).
The public must have access to such accurate information in order to make truly informed choices about whether we want to subject ourselves, children, pets and home environments, or even to work in such an environment, which adversely and sneakily is affecting our mental and physical health and overall wellbeing.
