As most people know Memorial Day is a federal holiday here in America dedicated to the memory of those who have died serving the military in past US wars of aggression. It’s wrapped in the lie that the US has fought legitimate moral wars which history proves it has not. From World War One and Two to Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and all the illegal wars of today; the list goes on and on. Evidence, documents, papers, testimonies and accounts, all point to false flag events, US funding of terror and dictators and outright lies to set up these wars that ultimately benefited the ruling elite and their long-term global agenda.
Despite all of this, here in America even amongst truth seekers we often traditionally honor those who have fallen while fighting on behalf of the US military because, I suppose, if for no other reason they (those who have died) were in a sense even greater victims of US imperialism, lies and global terrorism because they willingly entered these wars actually believing America represents the “good guys” fighting just and moral wars. As a former military person myself I can appreciate this perspective held by those who have lost their lives in combat. However, anyone awakened to the truth about the ugly political reality we live in today knows nothing can be further from the truth. There is nothing moral or just about US wars of the past and present.
So instead of dwelling on the memory of fallen soldiers who have paid the price of deliberate US war propaganda, today I want to focus on another set of fighters who have lost their lives or have been highly suspected of losing their lives trying to get truth out to the general public about what they knew. Some of the people I will pay tribute to today are known to many Americans but many are not and many died silently standing for truth. If you could interview some of these people who died for upholding truth or for the truth they knew I’m sure they would not describe themselves as heroes; they would probably describe themselves as ordinary people with a conscience simply trying to do and say what they felt at the time was true and correct. Unfortunately, some of these people didn’t realize the level of evil they were up against. And they didn’t realize that the simple truth they wanted to get out to the general public was also a major threat to the ruling elite. Obviously, this random list could be much longer than ten and I’ve chosen to highlight these ten stories arbitrarily. Nonetheless, the following fallen individuals lost their lives in a different kind of war, the modern-day information war – and love them or hate them, they deserve attention today on this Memorial Day.
1 – Barry Jennings
On September 11, 2001 Barry Jennings, who was the Deputy Director of Emergency Services Department of New York City Housing Authority, spoke with ABC News explaining exactly what he experienced on that day while trapped inside of World Trade Center Building 7. Jennings described in detail how the lobby of the building was blown up by explosives taking out the very ground he was standing on. Jennings gives a detailed description of how the explosives left many dead bodies on the floor which he and other rescue workers were forced to literally step on. Most importantly Jennings confirms how all of these “explosions” took place BEFORE either towers (1 and 2) were blown up (or as the sheep say “collapsed”). Jennings’ testimony was a direct contradiction and damaging blow to the official story and to the federal government’s NIST report which completely ignored the explosions and the controlled demolition of WTC 7. The direct firsthand testimony that Jennings offered humanity that day, in combination with his obvious credibility as the Deputy Director of Emergency Services for the NYC Housing Authority was an obstacle that scared the 9/11 conspirators so much that Jennings is highly suspected of being murdered on August 19, 2008, amazingly just 2 days prior to the release of the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) report on the destruction of WTC 7 which directly contradicted Jennings’ firsthand eyewitness credible testimony.

Nearly one year ago, on August 19, 2008, 53 year old Barry Jennings died, two days before the release of the NIST Final Report on the collapse of WTC7. Jennings was Deputy Director of Emergency Services Department for the New York City Housing Authority. On September 11th, 2001, he saw and heard explosions BEFORE the Twin Towers fell, while attempting to evacuate the WTC 7 Command Center with NYC Corporation Counsel Michael Hess. Jennings publicly shared his experiences with a reporter on the day of 9/11/01, as well as in a lengthy 2007 video interview with Dylan Avery, a small clip of which was then released; subsequently his job was threatened and he asked that the taped interview not be included in Loose Change Final Cut.. However, after an interview with Jennings was broadcast by the BBC in their program The Third Tower ostensibly refuting what he had previously stated to Avery, Avery felt compelled to release the full original video interview to show the distortions made by the BBC. The cause of Jennings’ death has not been made public, and a private investigator hired by Avery to discover the cause and circumstances surrounding his death refused to proceed with the investigation. In spite of the significance of Jennings’ position with NYC on 9/11 and his controversial eyewitness testimony regarding the collapse of WTC7, the media has not investigated or reported on his death, nor reported on his statements.

2 – Michael Hastings
Many people by now may have forgotten about Michael Hastings who at the time of his death was considered a premier investigative journalist who famously profiled NATO Commander General Stanley McChrystal in an award-winning Rolling Stone article titled ‘The Runaway General‘ in such a way that the general was forced to resign.
Hastings was also very critical of the Obama administration’s investigation of reporters, referring to this as a “war” on journalism, which is exactly what the Obama administration has been doing for years. Clearly, Hastings was on the side of truth attempting to expose the Obama administration’s war on truth. Hastings even went as far as exposing Obama’s secret drone killings and how the Army was conducting a psychological operation on senators, among other disturbing topics. Clearly that became a problem for the controllers who decided they needed to do something about this.
According to numerous reports, Hastings stated to family and friends that the FBI was on his trail and that he was going to go “off the radar” for some time because he was “onto a big story.” The LA Times also reported that Hastings was preparing new reports about the CIA at the time. Does all this sound suspicious enough? Hours after contacting family and friends about his big story, the harassment from FBI and his intentions to go off the radar, on June 18, 2013 Hastings’ brand new Mercedes Benz caught fire and accelerated right into a tree in Hollywood Los Angeles in what appeared to be a remote-controlled takeover of his vehicle with detonating explosives launching the engine of his car some 200 feet down the road upon impacting a tree in the divider section of the road. Witnesses who saw the crash state that the car was already on fire from below and the car swerved and accelerated into the tree. Afterwards, I personally visited the crash site and confirmed the distance which the engine traveled from the hood of his car upon impacting the tree and I can personally assure everyone the engine flew at least 150-200 feet, a physical impossibility without the use of explosives.
To make matters worse, the “authorities” took it upon themselves to cremate Hastings’ body without permission from the family. This story had all the signs of a classic murder by the State including the criminal mainstream media quickly coming out and accusing researchers and anyone asking questions about the Hastings murder a “conspiracy theorist.”
The question we must all ask is, Why was Hastings murdered and what information was he going to reveal to the general public? Let’s remember this story and let’s remember Michael Hastings on this Memorial Day.
3 – William Cooper
I probably should have listed William Cooper first from the standpoint of his murder being one of the very first post-9/11 murders of truth seekers. On November 5, 2001 shortly after the globalist attack on America on September 11, 2001 outspoken government critic, radio host, author (of the book Behold a Pale Horse) and freedom lover William Cooper was murdered at his own home by sheriffs who came to his home in civilian clothes claiming they were there to serve a warrant on Cooper based on an anonymous complaint that Cooper had drawn a semi-automatic weapon on them. With no proof of this claim and complaint and no actual person identifying themselves as the victim, the sheriffs essentially entrapped Cooper by luring him away from his home, and when Cooper tried to run back to his own home they shot and killed him in a gunfire exchange which ended with Cooper dead and an officer shot. Here is the account as told by one reporter:
At 1:00 p.m. mountain time Nov 6th we received a call from Officer Frank Valenzuela form Az. Dept of Public Safety, This call came to us as a result of our calling the sheriff’s office to confirm that this incident had happened, he informed us that this level of entrapment for Mr. Cooper started at 11:40 p.m. mt. time Nov. 5th 2001 by luring Bill Cooper away from his home which sat on top of a hillside in the community of Edgar ,Az his physical address was 96 North Clearview Circle, Edgar , Az. The departments of Edgar and Apache law enforcement were working together. They claimed that they had gone out to serve 3 felony warrants, pertaining to someone having had a semi-automatic pistol drawn on them by Bill Cooper.
At this time we do not have that info as to whom that was who filed a complaint.
Officers deliberately caused a ruckus to get this man away from his home to create this entrapment He went down the hill away from his home to the automobile to see what the ruckus was, it was 2 law officers in plain clothes. He spoke to them then got back in his car to go back up to his house , when out of hiding came a patrol car that blocked his return to his home. He put his hands on the car window as we assume that is what he was ordered to do as they approached his car he pulled out to get around the car .
He got out of his car and tried to run for his home. Shots were fired. He returned fire hitting one officer in the head twice whom is in surgery in St Joe’s hospital. The other officer continued to fire until Cooper was dead. Please keep in mind this report was given to us by the sheriffs office and here are the numbers.. 928-333-5580, 1-800-352-1850
As mentioned, this is arguably one of the very first State department murders in our post-9/11 world which many have forgotten. And in many ways the Cooper murder may have been symbolic of the times we were coming upon. I’m talking about the era we live in now where the State can murder anyone without cause or proof of wrongdoing … and get away with it. William Cooper warned of government corruption and, like Hastings, was exposing the CIA, was fighting the IRS and was exposing other government crimes and corruption. So on this Memorial Day let’s remember William Cooper and all that he was attempting to do.
4 – Danny Jowenko
Anyone who follows 9/11 truth and the hard evidence of the controlled demolition of WTC 7 on September 11, 2001 may have heard of Dutch demolition expert Danny Jowenko who famously in 2006 was videotaped in a situation where he was unknowingly shown the destruction of WTC 7 and asked about the method of destruction and Jowenko confirmed that the building was undoubtedly brought down by an implosion style “controlled demolition.” Considered one of the world’s top controlled demolition experts, this truth became very damaging to the 9/11 official story and the conspirators who push it. Then on July 16, 2011 Jowenko’s car did similar to Michael Hastings’ car and drove right into a tree killing Jowenko in an incredibly untimely and highly suspicious death.
Many at the time and to this day feel his death was highly suspicious of murder. Some suspect that, like Hastings, Jowenko’s car was taken over by remote control. Ultimately, though, we can’t know for certain; it is very likely that this was the case when you look at the bigger picture and the timing. Jowenko’s expert opinion about the obvious controlled demolition of WTC 7 was a threat to the establishment because of his credibility and the least we can do now is remember his death and his contribution to 9/11 truth and the information war he died in.
5 – Dr Nicholas Gonzalez
Doctor Nicholas Gonzalez was a pioneer and highly influential doctor in the field of holistic medicine and he was one of the top doctors leading the way in anti-cancer treatment, particularly a highly effective and inexpensive enzyme therapy which presented a problem for the cancer-industrial complex and big pharma.

Despite being in great health and at the top of his game, on July 21, 2015 doctor Gonzalez dropped dead of a sudden “heart attack” which defied explanation and shocked everyone around him leading many to suspect foul play.
Additionally, and perhaps much more concerning, is the fact that Dr Gonzalez is not the only alternative medicine doctor who has died under bizarre and very suspicious conditions in just the past year or so. Many other alternative medicine doctors have died suspiciously lending more speculation into the circumstances and timing of Gonzalez’s death. Clearly these doctors and their goodwill inexpensive cures for cancer and other diseases were a major threat to the pharmaceutical companies who only care about profits.
For this reason I do not believe doctor Gonzalez’s death was by coincidence or due to natural causes and I believe on this Memorial Day we should remember Dr Gonzalez for standing for truth, true cancer cures and medical freedom.
6 – Ted Gunderson
On January 21, 2011 former FBI Special Investigator and Special Agent in charge and head of the Los Angeles FBI, Ted Gunderson, made a shocking public statement about the chemtrails spraying program being conducted every day above our skies. He stated for the permanent record:
The death dumps, otherwise known as chemical trails, are being dropped and sprayed throughout the United States and England, Scotland, Ireland, and Northern Europe. I have personally seen them not only in the United States, but in Mexico and in Canada. Birds are dying around the world. Fish are dying by the hundreds of thousands around the world. This is genocide. This is poison. This is murder by the United Nations.
This element within our society that is doing this must be stopped. I happen to know of two of the locations where the airplanes are that dump this crap on us. Four of the planes are out of the Air National Guard in Lincoln, Nebraska. And, the other planes are out of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. I personally have observed the planes that were standing still in Nebraska – Lincoln, Nebraska – at the Air National Guard. They have no markings on them.
They are huge, bomber-like airplanes with no markings. This is a crime: a crime against humanity, a crime against America, a crime against the citizens of this great country. The must be stopped. What is wrong with congress? This has an affect on their population, and their people, and their friends, and their relatives, and themselves. What’s wrong with them? What’s wrong with the pilots who are flying these airplanes and dumping this crap, this poison, on their own families? Somebody has to do something about it. Somebody in Congress has to step forward and stop it now. Thank you. I’m Ted Gunderson.
Gunderson also states on another occasion:

With this now permanent admission of the chemtrails spraying program on record, Gunderson was now in danger. This information apparently created a problem for the controllers especially given Gunderson’s credibility. Notice the one common trend in the murder of all the people on this list is their credibility which presented a threat to the controllers.
Unfortunately by July 31, of that same year (2011) the very credible Gunderson was murdered when high levels of arsenic was found in his blood. Much can be said of Gunderson who attempted to expose the new world order and the influence of secret satanic groups and how they were permeating our society. Needless to say he was a major threat to the system and their ruling elite and we should not be surprised that he was targeted. Thus today let’s take a minute to remember Gunderson and everything he wanted us to know. And let’s do more by heeding his warning and stopping this “element” of society that is doing all of this evil to humanity.
7 – Loretta Fuddy
Though I don’t know what her motives were, I want to bring attention to Hawaii Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy. She is known to few and forgotten by many but she is a very important person to know. Fuddy who reportedly supervised the copying of the original Obama long-form birth certificate held by the Hawaii department of health shortly before the White House posted the now infamous short-form birth certificate on the White House website was deeply involved and personally known to Obama who personally visited her in Hawaii. Obviously Fuddy had intimate knowledge of the Obama birth certificate fraud that the controllers felt their secret was not safe with her being alive for fear of the truth getting out.
Fuddy died on December 11, 2013 supposedly of “heart arrhythmia” when the small plane she was on did a water landing upon returning to Honolulu. 8 others were on the plane and only Fuddy died mysteriously.
Given what we know today about the conclusion of the investigation on the Obama birth certificate and the fact that the short-form posted on whitehouse.gov is a proven fraud, was Fuddy murdered because she was going to expose this entire fraud?
In a report discussing the numerous inconsistencies reported by the government and mainstream media regarding Fuddy’s highly suspicious cause of death, evidence shows the government changed its position on the cause of death numerous times. Given what we know and the circumstances surrounding Fuddy’s death we cannot afford to be naive about her death including the timing and the implications. And for that reason I want to remember Loretta Fuddy on this Memorial Day as being another victim of the information war.
8 – Michael Connell
On December 19, 2008 a plane flown by Republican party I.T. specialist Michael Connell crashed about 3 miles prior to landing near the airport in Akron, Ohio. Suspicions around this crash ran high and then about a year later an anonymous informant all but admitted that Connell’s plane was indeed sabotaged to murder him.
Why is all this important? Because Connell was the I.T. person who worked with Carl Rove on behalf of the Bush re-election campaign and he was directly connected to the election fraud of 2004 which ensured that Bush would win. In a strategy that would be referred to as “man in the middle,” Connell’s I.T. company directly orchestrated the election fraud in Ohio out of servers in Chattanooga, Tennessee allowing Bush to “win” the Ohio election over John Kerry even though Kerry was winning in Ohio by a landslide before the vote results mysteriously froze late that night only to resume with Bush suddenly “winning.”
According to close associates Connell is on record having complained that he believed he was being targeted for death and they were trying to sabotage his plane. It is on record that Ohio attorneys even sought protection for Connell and his family due to threats from Karl Rove. Notably, just prior to his murder, Connell had been asked to give a deposition about the election fraud lawsuit on November 3, 2008 which implicated Carl Rove and others and he was set to testify against Carl Rove and others implicated in the 2004 election fraud. Connell’s sister Shannon had this to say regarding his upcoming deposition and the convenient crash that took his life.
It just seems way too convenient, the timing since he had been deposed. He didn’t get to testify. But I don’t think he would’ve perjured himself. When it comes down to it, he was basically an honest person. If push came to shove and he was under oath testifying, I believe that he would’ve told the truth. I think that there were other people who believed that as well.
Conveniently just a few weeks later and before Connell could testify in details against Rove his plane crashed in what was believed to be caused by an explosive which detonated in his small plane exactly as Connell and his attorneys had suspected previously.
Let’s not allow criminals like Carl Rove and his co-conspirators to get away with this murder; and so on this Memorial Day let’s remember Michael Connell, another victim in the modern-day information war.
9 – Major William Podgorski
On June 17, 2014 one of the Sandy Hook lead investigators, Major William Podgorski, suddenly dropped dead after a “brief illness.” Again, this was highly suspicious, sudden and unexpected given his age of 49. To understand the irony and suspicion surrounding this sudden death we need to consider the circumstance surrounding the Sandy Hook event.
Anyone fully awakened by now knows that the Sandy Hook event of December 14, 2012 was a completely staged event planned years in advance. It was an event so strange, so staged and so over the top that even some truth seekers are intimidated into looking into it. Sandy Hook was an event where no one seems to have died if we base our conclusions on the organic 3-dimensional evidence; the players involved were all actors in what is known as an Integrated Capstone Event (ICE) involving numerous federal and local agencies including local police. Podgorski was assigned to investigate the Sandy Hook event, and it is very likely he stumbled upon much of the information we know today and likely much more information we don’t know. And it is likely that the controllers felt Podgorski was a threat to the Sandy Hook “official” narrative and thus the conspirators themselves if he decided to release this information to the general public.
We’re asked to believe that 49-year-old Podgorski suddenly and mysteriously died while at the hospital without any clear explanation of what happened. This invokes memories of Barry Jennings who we spoke about earlier and how Barry, too, mysteriously died while in the hospital for no clear reason.
Let’s, therefore, remember Major William Podgorski who died because of the information he knew and the threat he represented to the controllers and those who planned and orchestrated the Sandy Hook staged event. Let’s also keep in mind that Podgorski was just doing his job as an investigator and he was just doing what hopefully any one of us would have also done if we had been in the same situation.
10 – Pat Tillman
It wouldn’t be right to go over this short list of victims who have been murdered by the State for posing a threat to the government narrative in this information war we are in without remembering Pat Tillman. Pat Tillman was serving active duty with the Army in Afghanistan when he was murdered. So it’s fitting to end this Memorial Day list by remembering Tillman the soldier. Tillman was an all-American star athlete with a strong sense of values and morals that led him to sign up to serve in the military after the 9/11 globalist terrorist attacks. He literally walked away from a career in the National Football League and turned down millions of dollars to serve in the Army. Tillman believed that the US was about doing good. Like many naive young men in the military today, he wanted to believe that the US would never wage an illegal war against another nation-state so he enthusiastically served duty in Iraq before being deployed to Afghanistan.
Tillman was the ideal soldier who did his best at everything he attempted. While serving duty in Iraq, however, Tillman began realizing that everything the mainstream media tells the public is a lie and that our government and military will lie to go to war against another nation. Tillman essentially experienced a political awakening while fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan. His image of the US was crushed as he realized the corruption and lies that are at play behind the scenes.
Tillman wanted to share this new information with everyone, and like so many of the victims we’ve discussed above he too paid the price for wanting to make the truth known. The controllers realized Tillman was influential, authentic and credible, and all of these attributes became a major threat to the controllers who decided to permanently silence Tillman by murdering him while serving in Afghanistan. According to reports and eyewitness accounts Tillman was ambushed by his own men who shot him from point-blank range at least 3 times in the head execution-style even as Tillman yelled identifying himself.
The firefight had taken place at dusk, in disorienting terrain, but according to Bryan O’Neal, the Ranger who was kneeling alongside Tillman, it was immediately clear that Tillman had been killed by their fellow soldiers—that those soldiers had in fact been firing at them repeatedly even as they shouted and waved their arms to indicate their status as “friendlies.” Instead of conveying this inconvenient truth, however, the Army announced that Tillman had been killed by enemy fire during a chaotic exchange that had involved as many as a dozen enemy combatants.

So on this Memorial Day I want to pay respects to the memory of Pat Tillman, a man who particularly had the courage to stand for what is right and speak loudly in defense of this truth. Tillman lost his life for not going along with illegal wars and is a reminder to all Americans that standing for what is true and moral alone, under the right circumstances, is enough to put you in the cross-hairs of the ruling elite that now threaten all of humanity.
I realize there are many people missing from this random list I’ve created. Others that come to mind are publisher commentator and researcher Andrew Breitbart who was about to reveal important truth about Obama’s past before being murdered. Breitbart’s coroner, Michael Cromier, had information about Breitbart’s cause of death and was also silenced before that information could come out. Also, SEAL Team Six whose members were murdered when their chopper was blown up during the fake Bin Laden raid and “capture” of May 1, 2011 comes to mind on this Memorial Day. The fact of the matter is that the list of people dying in today’s information war is getting long. As many Americans carry on with their lives completely unaware of these murders and agendas these now-deceased people who were all a threat to the controllers now live on in our hearts and minds and hopefully we can take something from their stories. For more names there’s a website (valuepoint.org) which refers to a list of suspected murders committed under Obama’s 8-year reign as “Obama’s dead pool.”
Solutions
The point of this article is not to dwell on the horrible deaths of the above people but to honor their memory, to focus on why they died and to focus on what we can do about a runaway system of murder, corruption, lies and propaganda.
Let’s do everything we can to come up with tangible real solutions that could reverse the trends we are seeing today where truth seekers are being profiled, targeted and even murdered as we can see here for posing a threat to the controllers in the information war we find ourselves in.
It’s time to find ways to change the trend of State-sponsored murders of truth seekers and change it to one of fearlessness, information spreading and increased awareness. We can start by ending government secrecy and the influence of secret societies as the late president John F. Kennedy told us. Not one of us knows when we will die so let’s not allow the fear of dying to dominate our lives or dictate what we say or the positions we take on things. This fear is what the government expects from its sheeple, for it is much easier to control the people when you keep them in fear every single day and when you keep the masses in a state of powerlessness and learned helplessness.
Let’s continue to share this information because it’s never too late to call for justice in any of these murders discussed. And let’s remember it was President Thomas Jefferson who once famously said: “When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. ”

Why bring in god in every article ? These good folks lost lives for doing right thing which would be not necessary if so called god did this universe right .
So how about we all grow up and stop looking for help and inspiration in spiritual fantasy and give credit where one is due , to poor good folk who perished doing right thing ?
God is with these fine people now and they are living in eternal peace having given their lives for us as citizens of the United States. It scares me to death, thinking about how they were targeted and had their lives snuffed out, (by traitors who themselves will have their own lives snuffed out by dictator Obama and the globalist so when they are no longer needed). I’d rather die a patriot, helping save my country and fellow citizens, than end up in a FEMA camp and/or a slave to the NWO. Most I talk to do not know the extent of corruption going on and do not or will not look into the corruption or progress that’s been made for a complete takeover-which I think could be quite soon if Hillary gets what’s deserved. I want to do something to help, I believe the United States is worth saving, and I believe there are enough of us to do something about it. Where does a person like me go to find out how I can help? I know the Internet is monitored but does anybody have any ideas about this? I think there must be many out there like me, average citizens, a female of no particular influence who has become increasingly alarmed at the actions and audacity of our government, the emerging communism and preparations for a NWO being successfully implemented-using OUR tax dollars, yet without our consent. I am not ok to losing my retirement and becoming a slave to a communist regime and probably will be executed as I cannot be reeducated! Any ideas?

You missed one: James Allen Higgins, who produced a student documentary as his thesis for a Masters of Film degree out of the Savannah College of Art & Design (“SCAD”). His film, was based on my testimony regarding the development of real, live, antigravity propulsion systems starting back in the 1960’s, based on technology recovered from a number of crashed “off-world” vehicles in the 1940’s and 50’s. (It took fifteen to twenty years to figure out how they worked.)
This technology, this propulsion technology- draws its energy from the quantum vacuum of spacetime in the form of something called “zero-point energy”. Harnessing this energy form would provide limitless electrical power- (pollution and radioactivity free)- thus freeing Mankind from its dependence on fossil fuels and nuclear power and the terrible footprint the use of these energy sources leaves in the environment.
When James decided to re-edit the documentary for release as a commercially viable, feature length film, he came within two months of completing the project when he fell terribly ill. He was diagnosed with a highly aggressive malignancy- bile duct cancer. Something that one might expect from ingesting radio-isotopes like Thorium. It took his life in less than two months after diagnosis.
His best friend, James Gladman and I insisted on blood and tissue specimens being taken and subjected to toxicological analysis, and the coroner’s office in Savannah, Georgia eventually had to be threatened with a lawsuit because of deliberate foot-dragging. The specimens were analyzed by a lab in Colorado, and this revealed the presence of not only Thorium, but at least a dozen other heavy metals and/or radio-isotopes measuring up to hundreds of times what is deemed to be a “high-side” reading. (I can produce the report for anyone seriously interested.)
With the pathology report in hand, the Savannah Department of Public Health was notified, as was the local police department and office of the FBI. The SDPH initial expressed what seemed like a sincere concern, but no investigation of James Allen’s death, nor his apartment were ever undertaken. The Savannah PD and FBI did absolutely nothing. It was almost as though they were waved off by a higher authority.
What did I have to say that someone decided to murder James Allen? Judge for yourself. James Gladman and several of James Allen’s friends completed the film, entitled “Zero-Point: The Story of Mark McCandlish and the Fluxliner” It’s available as a free download on both Vimeo and YouTube.

Personally, I’ve been aware of the secret antigravity technology research that was once talked about publicly in the 50’s (as well as Townsend Brown’s research) before it was taken over by the military and then suddenly went black in about 1959.

You have let those that SERVE WITHIN our government tell you what our government is. Instead let me inform you and what I say will be easily verified by actually reading the US Constitution, the writings of our framers, etc. This is critical for us if we are to live and to keep our nation.
Our type of government is a Constitutional Republic with the US Constitution being the definer of our government, the divider of powers, the compact between the states that CREATED the federal government as a representative for the states in dealing with foreign affairs, the Supreme Law of our nation with each state’s Constitution being the highest Law of the state, and the supreme CONTRACT for all who serve within our governments – state and federal that they are also required to be Oath bound to.

It is not a party to the Constitution, but the result of it – the creation of that agreement which was made by the States as parties. It is a mere agent, entrusted with limited powers for certain objects; which powers and objects are enumerated in the Constitution. Shall the agent be permitted to judge of the extent of his own powers, without reference to his constituent?” (Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court, in his edition of ‘Blackstone’s Commentaries On The Law’ (1803))
The US Constitution assigns the different powers (authority) to the different BRANCHES and to NAMED OFFICES WITHIN A BRANCH. The people who serve within our governments – elected, hired, contracted, etc – are NOT “the” government, but are placed there to carry out the duties that are in writing within the Constitutions – state and federal. They are governmental servants, employees under contract(s) with the US Constitution being the supreme contract that they bound to follow in order to meet the requirements of the position being occupied.
“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. A constitution is legislation direct from the people acting in their sovereign
capacity, while a statute is legislation from their representatives, subject to limitations prescribed by the superior authority.” Ellingham v. Dye, 231 U. S. 250.

First each state is still LAWFULLY a sovereign nation, that is why we are the United States of America, they made a compact, the US Constitution. Second the US Constitution REQUIRES the people of the USA to train as the US military trains and to be armed. That is because the people ARE the Militia, and both the federal and state governments are required to use the Militias to
— Enforce the US Constitution (spreme Law of this nation) and each state’s Constitution (highest Law of the state except in the rare instances of conflict with the US Constitution),
— Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
— Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
— “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.
By that requirement those that serve within our governments are forbidden to use any other person, agency, etc for those purposes.

We are where we are today because “we the people…” have NOT bothered to read the US Constitution – a very short document, nor our own state’s Constitution – usually a longer document, or do our duty a per the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. Nor do we know what those that serve within our governments are allowed to do, forbidden to do. The duties that those that serve within our state and federal governments have to the Militias of the several states are listed in Clause 16.
Somethings that are very important to know.
– The Declaration of Independence says that the American colonies of Great Britain had become “free and independent states” – separate states. The U.S. Constitution refers constantly to the states, but never to a “nation”.
– Color of law: The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under “color of law.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, page 241.
– The Patriot Act’s crown jewel is the Department of Homeland Security. What most Americans do not understand is that the DHS was modeled after Heinrich Himmler’s RSHA, where they created a
system that was incorporating all Nazi police departments under the control of what they called the Department of National Security. The Department of Homeland Security was also known as the Reichssicherheitshauptamt.

US Presidents
In times of crisis presidents often lay claim to extraordinary powers to preserve the nation. Such emergency powers are neither granted expressly to the president nor delegated to Congress by the Constitution. Instead, they are judged to reside purely in the need for leaders to protect national sovereignty and domestic order. The mandate in Article II that the president “preserve, protect and defend” the US Constitution and uphold its provisions is considered (by those who want those powers) to contain implicitly the notion of emergency powers. Yet that cannot be true since they are required to “PRESERVE”, not only “protect and defend” the US Constitution. In actuality all US Presidents are held to a higher standard then everyone else as they are the ones charges with implementing the “laws of the land” – all that are IN Pursuance thereof the US Constitution. The
wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.
‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’
Notice that the Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office after the beginning clauses which
set forth the organization of the executive department, and before the ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s assigned power. The President is required to take the oath after he assumes the office but before he can lawfully execute it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how
the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.
Both the state and the federal governments get their powers from the people.
Now you know that the US Constitution lays out the government that you basically described. That the problem is that we did not, nor are we doing today, our governmental duties. The US Constitution has tools that are the peoples, not those that serve within our government – the Militia, the *Grand Jury, Grand Jury Investigations, (informed) jurors, Elections, etc.
*Grand Jury – “The grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or
referee between the Government and the people”.
“Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding.
