U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, a conservative in the highest court in the land, died in his sleep last night while on a hunting trip in Texas at the age of 79, further tipping what is supposed to be the highest court in the land.
Supreme Court justices are appointed for life. There are nine of them: the Chief Justice of the United States and eight associate justices.
President Obama has already nominated TWO of the nine justices in there… FOR LIFE. Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor. Now Obama is going to get a third?
That means a full 33 percent — ONE THIRD — of the Supreme Court will be derived from one of the worst presidents this nation has ever endured. And they’re there for life.
Think about that for a second. Just let that sink in.

So Scalia dies in his sleep a week after the supreme Court flushes obamas climate change agenda and nobody is suspicious?
Hope that it happening in his sleep doesn’t mean it didn’t really happen.
Hooray!
When a school kid asked Scalia about The Constitution not too long ago, he said that said document was “dead, dead, dead.” Really?! Word is also that he belonged to Opus Dei. As the word is so does Chief Justice Roberts. Kagan and Sotomayor are the Zionist side of this grubby lot, all part of the One Big Party that runs things, the Spider at the center of the Spider Web. Call it Blofeld. Does anyone think it actually makes a difference who is on this court, any more than who is the president? They’re all sock puppets of far more important people.
That’s a better version of exactly what I was trying to say more or less.
Yes, Obama sucks… But would any president from recent past or near future from either party nominate anyone who would be any better than the next Obama nominee? I don’t think so. Just sayin.
Of course, even Scalia was conservative ONLY when compared to his fellow liberals who stood to his left.
Scalia wasn’t even anti-infanticide (abortion), except personally. As an officer of the Constitution (rather than Yahweh and His law), he consistently took the position that it should be left for the States to decide.
For what constitutes genuine conservatism, Google online blog article “Right, Left, and Center: Who Gets to Decide?”
Dead of natural cause just like MLK, JFK, RFK and Andrew Breitbart. What a coincidence, must be something going around.
I’m not sure how any of this is normal. Especially the part about determining cause of death over the phone. Maybe that’s normal for a street criminal or even an average citizen but not for a supreme Court justice.
