Wow! That is a very huge “mistake” of human error. Whoops…..I’m sure they are sorry about this “accident” of the release of polio virus. Maybe they will now sell more polio vaccine in Belgium & surrounding areas. Wait…..why is there still drug companies producing diseases that we thought were eliminated years ago?
