DISTURBING RAW FOOTAGE of Animal Crulety: Trigger-Happy Missouri policeman, after stumbling around trying to figure out how to handle this dog who is already restrained, they finally hook him around the neck and then shoot him twice until he’s dead. SHOOTING happens at the 5:30 mark. Difficult to watch. Animal rights activists should be furious.
