FAT CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG: Evidence has now been made public of illegal actions and collusion between former California Public Utilities Commission president Michael Peevey and utility PG&E, as criminal investigations continue.
As part of a federal and state investigation into what appears to be systemic corruption involving former senior executives at PG&E and the California Public Utilities Commission, 65,000 emails have been publicly released, revealing collusion and conspiracy.
Former commission president Michael Peevey and former PG&E Vice President Brian Cherry are wishing investigators would have been kept in the dark. The pair privately discussed problems with so-called “smart” meters, violating their own rules of procedure while admitting to health harm and overbilling problems – which several thousand Californians had been warning about since 2010.
Details continue to surface, as press and researchers continue to delve into the mountain of collusion.
It is perhaps justly ironic that we now see, made public, the private email correspondence of those who have teamed up to deploy technology which, according to a 2012 US Congressional Research report, facilitates unprecedented in-home surveillance.
Here are some highlights from their correspondence:
1) Peevey knew – since 2010 – that “smart” meters can cause physical harm.
And he believed PG&E should do something about it, albeit “quietly”. However, instead of regulating the utility to ensure public safety, he deferred his lawful duty to PG&E – the entity causing the harm.
From a 2010 email:
“Peevey wanted PG&E to keep it quiet,” writes Sandi Maurer, Director of the EMF Safety Network. “He didn’t want other customers, or the rest of the world to know there’s a problem with smart meters causing customers pain.
2) Peevey said after a “smart” meter was installed on his vacation home, his bill more than doubled.
Sunday’s LA Times reported this one. “Obviously something is wrong,” Peevey wrote to Cherry in 2011. “I would like an explanation.”
PG&E reacted immediately to perform a “deep dive investigation” into the billing situation at the 3,118-square-foot Sea Ranch home on the Northern California coast.
There have been tens of thousands of billing complaints in California, revealing a widespread, systemic overbilling problem which appears to be the case everywhere “smart” meters are installed.
3) Peevey and Cherry colluded to permanently delay hearings until the “smart” meter rollout was completed.
As noted in EMF Safety Network’s January 22 appeal for rehearing, an email from Cherry to Tom Bottorff – a senior VP who left in disgrace but received $1.1M in severance pay – outlines the CPUC conspiracy to delay “smart” meter hearings until all “smart” meters had already been installed:
In fact, not all of the “smart” meters have been installed in California – as thousands of customers have refused and 57 local governments don’t want them – and there are now obvious issues with those that were installed.
Thanks to multi-year efforts of advocate groups like EMF Safety Network and StopSmartMeters!, the cat is now out of the bag as to how dangerous and corrupt the grand plans of people like Michael Peevey have been. The CPUC and PG&E knew that people were being harmed and they colluded to silence the truth.

With the judge-shopping scandal, ex-Commissioner Peevey’s home computers, hard drives and smart phones were seized in January by investigators. This has already led to more evidence of collusion in the multi-billion dollar bailout of the San Onofre nuclear power plant in 2013.
As utility and political leaders from around the country toasted Michael Peevey last night on a “job well done”, truth advocates will continue to sift through emails. We can only guess what will be revealed in the coming months. However, it appears that it won’t be a comfortable retirement for those who broke their own rules and brushed aside safety in order to push through the multi-billion dollar boondoggle that is the wireless “smart” grid.

Here now, is the first thing the people must take over and regulate. I just got an email yesterday from my local utility company telling me why I should get a smart meter.
In actuality, where I live, your bill is around 50 dollars per person per month. I don’t even think it matters how much you use, I haven’t seen a meter man in years. Electricity is now a necessity, and must be regulated. Frankly, I’d like to see them commandeered.
Rather than charging People for the energy, We might do best to stop accounting for energy (money system), what with the effectively infinite energy in the aether and the many hidden and suppressed ways to draw on it. This would solve for the psychopaths who install deadly meters to control Us, surveil Us, suck Us dry of the tokens We are given for plugging Our energy into the system.

Why worry about Smart meters when a Smart ph will give you all the micro wave you will need.
Smart meters cause sensory deprivation and sleep deprivation. The pulsed radiation causes the red blood cells to vibrate which makes them either burst or mutate, possibly doing the same to the DNA.

A smart meter has an internal lithium battery which lasts 10 years, WITHOUT POWER. It also has a built in transformer and is plugged into the normal house wiring.
Since the smart meter has been installed, I have a constant ringing in my ears and my stomach howls something fierce, as if proper assimilation of nutrients is not taking place. I do not sleep very well and when I do, I sleep primarily on my stomach, which I seldom did before the smart meter. When I wake up, I race to the toilet having almost no control of my bowels.
I am always fatigued and aching. I am always tired. I am irritable and feel “off” and not myself. I feel like I have aged 20 years in the last year and a half. The only variable that is different is the installation of the smart meters, which the power company used the police to do, thereby breaking my due process of law as well as failing to give informed consent, which would easily have been dismissed as the smart meters pulse every 15 seconds, every single minute of every single day, of every single month, of every single year. Nonstop. Never stopping their vibrational hum of death.
Let’s to the math. Every 15 seconds, there is a pulse, so that is 4 times per minute. That is 240 pulses in one hour (4×60). That is 5,760 pulses in one day (240×24). And 40,320 pulses every week. If each month is 4.3 weeks, then each month would have 173,376 pulses (40,320×4.3).
*** Each year, every smart meter gives off 2,080,512 pulses (173,376×12).
This is a huge #. Who uses a microwave oven or a cell phone over 2 million times in a year? And they compare smart meters to cell phones and microwaves? Who uses their microwave every 15 seconds, including when they are asleep?
And yet, it gets worse. By their own admission, the smart meters create a “wireless grid”; they “talk” to each other. Said another way, every smart meter is transmitting / sending microwave pulses to every other smart meter within a 1.5-2 mile range in every direction from your smart meter and possibly even further.
Now, multiply 2,080,512 … TIMES (x) the number of houses/apt complexes within a 1.5-2 mile range in every direction from your house/apt to find the true total of pulses you have been exposed to, as every smart meter connects (sends pulses to) every other smart meter in the past year.
(While you can see the red blinking pulse in the day, it is much easier to see at night. Stand to the LEFT of it to get the best view.)
The power co. used the police??? Holy crap. They’re Über
serious about getting those things on everyone’s home aren’t they? I was ‘allowed’ to not have a smart metre but they doubled my bill by charging me for a metre-reader. It paints a target on my back but fuk ’em I don’t care.
They are the center piece for a world wide technocracy of control; the ‘Smart Grid’.
