Trump’s Plan To Make America Healthy Again (MAHA)
How We Can Make America Healthy Again discusses America’s catastrophic health crisis and how to solve it. In early 2024, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stopped his campaign for the US presidency as an independent and joined Trump’s Transition Team.
Kennedy’s role in the Trump administration will be to “Make America Healthy Again”.
Kennedy Embodies Health
Kennedy embodies fitness, is the ultimate outdoorsman, and is an inspiration for other Americans to shape up. He hikes uphill with his dogs every morning he is home. He then goes to the gym where he does a very hard work out for 30 minutes.
For his 70th birthday on 1/17/24, Kennedy went surfing in Hawaii with Kelly Slater, the greatest surfer of all time. Kennedy has been an active skier for over 65 years and attended a fundraiser at Jackson Hole, Wyoming on 2/8/24. Kennedy learned white-water rafting when he was a teenager. See Kennedy’s description of running Class V rapids in Chile in 2006: In Remote Chile, a Paradise Carved by White Water.

In a video went viral, a shirtless RFK Jr. struggles to clear what looks to be about 120 pounds of plates, across eight reps, with an assist from a spotter looming behind the rack.
Kennedy has been working for years to keep America’s environment healthy.
Riverkeeper is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to the protection of the Hudson River and its tributaries, as well as the watersheds that provide New York City with its drinking water. In 1984, Kennedy began volunteering at The Hudson River Fishermen’s Association. In 1985, Riverkeeper hired him as senior attorney. Riverkeeper President Paul Gallay said, “Nobody has been more important to Riverkeeper than Bobby Kennedy” and credited him with playing a key role in the closure of the Indian Point nuclear plant. The Hudson Valley has long been considered the birthplace of the modern American environmental movement. Kennedy was named one of Time magazine’s “Heroes for the Planet” for his success in helping Riverkeeper lead the fight to restore the Hudson River. The group’s achievement helped spawn more than 300 Waterkeeper organizations across the globe. The Hudson River is cleaner than it has been in a century, and its water quality has improved significantly since the 1972 Clean Water Act.
The New York City watershed agreement, which Kennedy negotiated on behalf of environmentalists and New York City watershed consumers, is regarded as an international model in stakeholder consensus negotiations and sustainable development. Kennedy was the founder of the Waterkeeper Alliance—the world’s largest clean water advocacy group—and served as its longtime chairman and attorney.
Among Kennedy’s books are the NYT bestseller Crimes Against Nature: How George W. Bush and His Corporate Pals Are Plundering the Country and Hijacking Our Democracy (2005), and Crimes Against Nature : Standing Up to Bush and the Kyoto Killers Who Are Cashing in on Our World (2006). See Real RFK Jr.: Trials of a Truth Warrior by Dick Russell (2023).
Kennedy was the founder, former chairman, and chief litigation counsel of the Children’s Health Defense which addresses childhood chronic disease and toxic exposures. Kennedy resign to run for the US presidency. He was also on the team that prosecuted and won the case against Monsanto for glyphosate’s role in causing cancer.

For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health.
The Safety and Health of all Americans is the most important role of any Administration, and HHS will play a big role in helping ensure that everybody will be protected from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives that have contributed to the overwhelming Health Crisis in this Country. Mr. Kennedy will restore these Agencies to the traditions of Gold Standard Scientific Research, and beacons of Transparency, to end the Chronic Disease epidemic, and to Make America Great and Healthy Again!”

- Dr. Jay BhattacharyaL National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Dr Jay Bhattacharya, who faced censoring and blacklisting for criticizing Biden-Fauci lockdown policy, appointed as new NIH director by Trump shows that Kennedy said: “I’m so grateful to President Trump for this spectacular appointment. Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is the ideal leader to restore NIH as the international template for gold-standard science and evidence-based medicine.”
In the video below, Dr. Bhattacharya discusses the extreme dangers of a government-mandated scientific “consensus” that censors top scientists and doctors who have different views. He discusses how to restore free speech in academia now.
Restoring Free Speech in Academia: Jay Bhattacharya 11/14/24
How To Restore Free Speech In Academia explains that Dr. Bhattacharya was one of three authors of The Great Barrington Declaration released to the public on 10/4/20. The Declaration called for ending the lockdown and protecting the elderly who were the most vulnerable to COVID. CDC stats showed in early 2020 that COVID was little threat to anyone. The Declaration argued for focused protection for vulnerable elderly and ending the lockdown for everyone else – allowing children to return to school normally. It was signed by many doctors and scientists and now has 939,000 signatures.
However, it was ridiculed by Dr. Francis Collins, then Director of the NH and Dr. Anthony Fauci, then Director of National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases. (NIAID). Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said in 2021 that Dr. Bhattacharya’s lawsuit against Dr. Fauci for censorship is the most important First Amendment legal case in modern times and would certainly end up at the Supreme Court. He said the case “determines the scope of the First Amendment in a virtual world”. Jay Bhattacharya: The legal case against Anthony Fauci.
Better late than never: former NIH director Francis Collins admits COVID mistakes
In October 2024, Dr. Bhattacharya organized the Stanford Pandemic Policy Conference. “Pandemic Policy: Planning the Future, Assessing the Past. He said: “The conference that we just held at Stanford in October 2024 is four years late I think, but nevertheless, still quite an accomplishment. It was the first major university to host a large conference where people who disagreed about the pandemic policy were sitting in the same room talking to each other in a civil way….”

Congressional MAHA Caucus
Kan. U.S. Senator to lead Congressional Make America Healthy Again Caucus 1/2/25
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, a member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, recently announced the creation of the Congressional Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Caucus, according to a statement from the Senator’s office. This new caucus will focus on nutrition, access to affordable, high-quality-nutrient-dense foods, improving primary care, and addressing the root causes of chronic diseases.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Trump’s nominee for Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary, has endorsed the creation of this new caucus that will work to build a stronger and healthier America. Senator Marshall, a physician who practiced medicine for over 25 years, met with Mr. Kennedy earlier this week to discuss his nomination to lead HHS. Senator Marshall endorsed Mr. Kennedy’s candidacy following the meeting.
“The MAHA caucus is committed to improving health outcomes by prioritizing nutrition, providing access to affordable, nutrient-dense foods, and focusing on primary care availability to tackle the root causes of chronic diseases,” Senator Marshall said. “With our ‘Food is Medicine’ approach, support from RFK Jr., and a shared goal to Make America Healthy Again, we aim to foster transparency, innovation, and a transformative agenda that builds a healthier, stronger nation.”
Additional members of the MAHA Caucus include Senators Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Rick Scott (R-FL), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), and Ron Johnson (R-WI). “I met with RFK Jr., President Trump’s nominee to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Like I told him, I’ve heard from young people across the country who are inspired by his message to Make America Healthy Again.
During our meeting, Bobby and I had a great discussion about ways to make our food and health care system better. As a founding member of the Senate Make America Healthy Again Caucus, I look forward to working with my friend Senator Roger Marshall and our colleagues to make sure our food is safe, bring transparency to vaccines and health care, and Make America Healthy Again,” Senator Tuberville said.
“As the incoming Chairman of the Senate Special Committee on Aging, I want to give my full endorsement of the official Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Caucus. From the day we are born, we start aging—and my goal is that every American has the resources and information to live long, happy lives. If you have your health, you have everything and I am looking forward to working with my fellow MAHA members and RFK Jr. to Make America Healthy Again,” Senator Scott said.
“America is sicker than ever, and President Trump has made it a priority to address America’s chronic disease epidemic,” Senator Lummis said. “I am partnering with Dr. Roger Marshall to make America healthy again and hold the federal agencies who have failed the American people accountable.
”Making America Healthy Again is an effort that has broad support across the political spectrum. It is a completely nonpartisan issue. It should start by restoring integrity to scientific research and our federal agencies. I am happy to join the MAHA caucus and use our Senate platforms to inform the public and accomplish those goals,” Senator Johnson said.
MAHA’s coming to Congress 11/13/25
Advocates for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Make America Healthy Again movement will brief congressional health staffers next Wednesday on the MAHA policy vision. Kennedy and his allies want to fire government regulators, crack down on pesticides and food additives, halt fluoridation of drinking water, and examine the safety data for vaccines, among other far-reaching changes to the public health system.
Jeff Hutt, spokesperson for the Make America Healthy Again PAC and former national field director for Kennedy’s presidential campaign will speak with staffers on Capitol Hill following a similar briefing in September from Kennedy ally Calley Means, a former food-industry lobbyist who has become a prominent voice in the debate about President-elect Donald Trump’s health policy platform.
