The US Government: A Deliberate Intention to Deceive

I first published this article in May of 2010.  Now, while many people are cheering the supposed death of bin Laden, it comes as no surprise that many others immediately began looking for holes in this story.  It comes as even less of a surprise that they found them.  

The staging of this affair over bin Laden will no doubt be exposed eventually for the fabrication that I personally believe it is.  The story of this adventure has changed so many times in the short period since it was supposed to have occurred that even those who initially thought it was a fact have walked away in disgust realizing there is something wrong with this whole scenario.

If you erroneously believe that our government, whether Republican or Democrat controlled, would not engage in deception against us, please read on.  Our government on all levels operates with a deliberate intention to deceive…….us.

Conspiracy theories: We learned how to construct them based on our governments historical and expert use of them.

I believe I first became aware of the unthinkable knowledge our own government would lie to us, when Kennedy was assassinated. And yes, I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard the news.

Until I actually attempted to read the Warren Commissions report on the presidents murder, I had believed totally the story that the government had prepared for the public; a lone gunman with ties to Russia (blah, blah, blah).  It was when I got to the portion of the report that detailed Arlen Specter’s “magic bullet” theory things began falling apart for me.

This so-called theory caused me to have an epiphany:  the government had lied and has continued lying ever since not only about the Kennedy assassination, but damn near everything else you can think of where they insert themselves.  But this particular moment, when I realized the Specter theory was a carefully fabricated lie was also the moment I realized that the government was not to be trusted.  If they would lie to us about something so devastating to the country, so important to the morale and the soul of our country . . . what else would they lie about?

I have also wondered how Specter presented that so-called explanation for how one bullet not only killed the president, but nearly killed a governor, made right angle turns, went up in the air, came down and made left turns, right turns, shot downward and back up, whistled Dixie and waived the flag, and caused a total of I believe seven wounds (or was it five? Or six?) and, in light of this obvious creation of fiction, he was able to keep from falling on the floor laughing hysterically.

In fact, I have wondered each time I have seen him in the 48 years since how this man could face the nation on any level with out hanging his head in shame for this “theory” of his that is so obviously contrived and apparently meant to protect . . . whom?  Then there is the Warren Commission who issued their report with full knowledge that what they were presenting as the official “version” of the murder was in fact a work of fiction from front to back.

In the years since that assassination, we have learned that Pearl Harbor which precipitated our entry into WW2 was not the surprise attack America was told it was (see Stinnett’s: Day of Deceit) but a carefully orchestrated event meant to drag the US into WW2.  Although the movie Pearl Harbor was a real heartbreaker, (not nearly so much as the actual event), the movie failed to expose what actually transpired prior to the attack that America never knew.

In 1950 we entered the Korean War.  This was actually a contest between the US and the USSR and a continuance of what had come to be called the “Cold War”.  President Truman believed the US was competing with Russia for world domination and that supporting South Korea was a way to fight Russia which was supporting North Korea, without either country having to drop a nuke.  Neither country gave a damn about North or South Korea, and was instead focused on preventing each other gaining territory and expanding their empires.

We also learned that the Attack on the USS Liberty by Israel was staged between the Johnson Administration and Israeli intelligence.  The incident occurred on June 8, 1967.  Phil Tourney, a survivor of the attack has written the story of that day in a book called What I saw That Day.

Referred to as a “black flag” attack, was to be sold to the public as being perpetrated by Egypt.  “Black Flag” meaning those targeted were to be sacrificed.  Survivors were told they would be killed or would die in prison if they ever talked.

Johnson said “ I want that goddamned ship on the bottom”.

The deal was made with Israeli to facilitate the entry into what is now known as the Six-Day War, with Johnson planning to nuke Cairo and overtake the entire middle-east and all their oil.
 
The “Gulf of Tonkin” incident which preceded the War in Viet Nam was another staged event.  There was no incident, yet Johnson ordered US bombers to retaliate for an attack that never happened.   And how many of us lost family, friends, husbands and brothers to this?

Then came Iran/Contra where it was exposed that under President Reagan, Donald Rumsfeld had hand picked Saddam Hussein to rule Iraq (after we disposed of the Shah) and we armed and financed his war with Iran. Supposedly, Reagan knew nothing about this deal with Hussein or the delivery of money and weapons including lethal gases. There is no doubt Hussein was going to be a brutal dictator, but the Reagan administration knew this when they put him in power.  They didn’t really care what he did as long a he could deliver Iran’s oil fields.  He didn’t get that accomplished with Iran/Contra being exposed and became furious as he was used as a scapegoat by the same people he had been working for and with.

It was after this that he approached American Ambassador April Glaspie, asking for a piece of Kuwait; sort of a payoff for taking the heat on Iran/Contra.  She queried the Bush Administration who responded with this:

I have direct instruction from the President to seek better relations with Iraq… we have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait…The instruction we had during this period was that we should express no opinion on this issue and that the issue is not associated with America. James Baker has directed our official spokesmen to emphasize this instruction.

So, less than a week after this conversation, Saddam rolled into Kuwait. And this invasion led to the first Gulf War.

The Gulf War, which we entered only because we got caught, encouraging Hussein to invade Kuwait came next.  This was also the catalyst for what is now known as Gulf War Syndrome; the first known test use of depleted uranium not only on Iraqi’s and Kuwaiti’s but also on our own military.    The story of the use of DU is documented on Gulf War Vets website. 

Then came 9/11.  The official version, which has been thoroughly dismissed as irrelevant, is rife with inaccuracies, untruths, omissions of evidence, fabrications, refusals to testify, refusals to testify under oath; and this is the short list.  Scientists, aeronautic engineers, demolition experts, military personal, pilots, construction engineers, flight specialists, former intelligence agents, and thousands of other professionals and/or organizations not only from here at home, but from around the world, have dismissed the official version as a fabrication at the very least and an impossibility as presented.

In between all of these events, we have overthrown governments, assassinated other countries’ leaders, intentionally interfering with the business of other countries; their economies and stability.  And in every instance we have been lied to about the reasons why we were doing what we were and are doing.

 The common threads are oil and other people’s assets.

We are in the business of torture, executions, kidnappings, disappearances and terrorizing of other nations and their people.  We operate secret prisons where unspeakably horrendous things occur and we teach torture techniques in what was called the “School of the Americas”.  No one is safe from us.  Now here’s the problem:

All that we have done to other nations and people, is now sanctioned, legal (not lawful) and operational right here in the US and you, or I, could at anytime find ourselves a victim of these same kinds of atrocities with the stroke of a pen as congresses and successive presidents have constructed the mechanisms to declare us enemies of our own country for even daring to speak out against the corruption that is the cause of the decay in our nation.

And they wonder why we don’t trust them?
