MIRANSHAH, Pakistan (AFP) – A US drone strike in a restive Pakistani tribal area on Friday killed at least four militants, local security officials said.
The unmanned aircraft fired two missiles, hitting a house in the Shin Warsak area of South Waziristan, a tribal district, wounding two other people, security officials told AFP.
Editor’s Note: According to Wired and other publications, each missile costs around $100K. Therefore, the U.S. taxpayer just spent $50K per militant killed in a country they are not technically at war with.
